      I attempted to file a complaint against a separate business ***************) on their site and they refused to accept my (and entirely just and correct) review of the company in question and simply brushed me off.Don't work with these people, they're useless scam artists who take bribes from unreputable companies to make them look better.

      TrustPilot is allowing FAKE positive reviews to be posted for a business called TheBreedBusiness. This started when a 1-star review was posted on Feb 1, 2023. The business responded by a flurry of FAKE positive reviews being posted. The latest is the over the top comical review posted on Aug 3, 2023 after another negative review. You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing these phony positive reviews to be posted as you are hurting consumers who fall for their scam.

      I was scammed by the online business and every time I left a review for the company in question on trustpilot for other people to use my experience and dont become a victim, my review was flagged and removed by the company. I have contacted integrity department at trustpilot and represented all the documents to approve my claim, I was denied for no reason other than their software declined my documents and my reviews has been permanently removed. There is absolutely no integrity and transparency with autopilot and its a shame that they allow scammers continue scamming people and if you leave any bad review, your review will be flagged and removed by the company that they dont want anyone else knows about their schemes.

      Hi.I am writing to complain about TrustPilot website.I registered my company with thme few months ago and they remove all my good reviews from my account for claiming they are fake but they are not.It ***** my business and I file a dispute last month and they were supposed to reply back to me with reasonable answers but they didnt reply back to me.As they are making business in ****** I need to pursure a complain about their action that hurt my business .

      The response Trustpilot provided is not effective as previously they claimed to respond with the same way but that didn't.

       

      I fiiled a claim more that a month's ago with my registered email address: ************************ but they even bother to reply after a month.

       

      I try to contact them.bybsending message through their contact information inside user personal cabinet, but again they didn't reply.

      they dump clients by asking them to file a complain and wait long with no response.

      They removed all of my 5 stars reviews come from my clients and only allow 1 star reviews. Fortunately, I have only one or two 1star review but removing more than 200 of my 5 stars reviews and allowing 1 star caused my company reviews didn't exceed 30 reviews.

      After filing my review through trust pilot the company kingboost.net they protect said that I did t not make a order would not refund my mo ey after sending proof to trust pilot with these said screen shot they still removed my post to protect this absolutely crappy company and there crappy service only keeping up the best reviews. This is Appalling for this company to get to do that. it has now been almost a full month I still have not had my money refunded and neither company is doing anything.

      They remove reviews for companies that pay them, and not the review as it stands for the customer and their experience. I placed a review for a company and the ask me to remove all personal and company data which I did. They then sent an email stating promotional references or suspicious review patterns is why they removed my review. No Integrity at all, their reviews are all fix for the customer and not for the customer. This is why companies place ******************** on their website, because trustpilot will make sure they keep a 4.5 or more rating, by deleting your review from every beening seen by anyone.

      [You are correct you don't remove it you flag it so that it is not shown online just setting on your system.  I did not broke your rules, you ask me to remove the personal and company contact inform which I did and then I got an email, asking me to remove the last 4 numbers of a phone number which I did.  Then I get an email telling me that you have flagged my review.  Here is the email: Hi, Thank you for updating your review, we appreciate your help. Unfortunately the following is still problematic: **** Aug 18, 2023, 14:51 GMT+1  However you had already removed my review here is the email: Hi, Your review of ******.com has been flagged and removed by our automated software for having promotional references or suspicious review patterns. Note that your review hasnt been deleted, but its no longer visible and wont count towards the businesss star rating. Fri, Aug 18 at 10:42 AM.  You ask me to remove the information at 2:51pm but you flagged it at 10:42am]

      Below is the review I posted today on Trustpilots own account. It has been over 2 weeks since I intitally wrote to them highlighting there own violations of TOS. I had one response a week ago stating they would reply in 5 days. That hasn't happened. I have also claimed their "whistleblower" protection as the business I refer to has threatened me and has currently had their BBB accreditation suspended. *********************. ************ has also been doxxing reviewers email addresses in their responses to the reviewer.MY REVIEW:Trustpilot is complicit in assisting a business in "Review Manipulation" and condone the practice of paid reviews. Trustpilot has routinely broken their own Terms of Service so that positive accounts of consumers reviews are promoted to the public and negative reviews are suppressed or remain flagged, in some cases for weeks. I have submitted evidence of this to Trustpilot but my emails over the last 2 weeks have been ignored, so I'm left with no choice but to inform the reader that there is no Trust to be had in Trustpilot.

      On July 7, 2023, I purchased a certification course from an organization called Sigma Forces. I later determined that the course was a bit misrepresented on their website and that the content of the course was quite lackluster. Furthermore, I felt that their marketing tactics were a bit unethical, as they were manufacturing positive reviews/feedback from individuals who worked for the organization (and this can be verified easily). So, I decided that I would leave some honest feedback on Trust Pilot's (TP) website, because other people need to have access to such information before spending their hard-earned money with this unethical business. Initially, TP published my review without issue.Later, that same day, the business replied and accused me of leaving disingenuous feedback, claiming that I'd never even enrolled in the course. I updated my own review in response to this clarifying that if they tried to find me using the email address registered with my TP account, they'd never find my registration, because I used a different address. I also invited a TP to contact me and I'd provide verification of this. Next day, I received an email from TP's Content Integrity team indicating my review had been hidden and that I needed to provide documentation to support my claim that much of Six Sigma's positive feedback was bogus. I did so, with a detailed explanation and links to the profiles of the so-called reviewers right on Six Sigma's website (most of them are part of the Leadership Team). However, TP's Content Integrity team responded indicating that my claim of bogus positive feedback is still "problematic." They are clearly ignoring the facts of the matter and protecting Six Sigma, despite the undeniable proof I provided them with. TP's unethical handling of this situation is just as awful as Six Sigma's unethically manufacturing positive reviews for themselves.

      Trust Pilot keeps flagging my review as non genuine even though I had submitted evidence showing that this business is sending me emails from their servers in phishing attempts and attempts to scam me. There are numerous posts across the internet that state that the organization reported is a scam organization in ***** run out of ********* and the owner uses Trust Pilot to remove posts stating her company is scamming people and sending out phishing emails. I had attached proof the header and original scam emails and yet TrustPilot is telling me this is not enough proof and wont tell me what exactly they need. I never hired this business nor solicited their services and yet they are constantly emailing me and targeting my financial accounts. Attached you will find proof that I have been negatively affected by the company in question IPXO and that they are actively targeting as my review honestly states. Their abuse team took no action and it is my belief that their abuse team and the scammers are one and the same.

      After several months of waiting ******************* reevaluated the previous decision and reinstated my review. My complaint is closed. Perhaps if someone would have just recused back out to me in a reasonable amount of time I would never have had to file this complaint. Thank you

      Two weeks ago our score was over 3. We have NOT been actively marketing this company for the last few years hence not a lot of current reviews. We have ONE review last week that is false and has nothing to do with our company. We have asked Trustpilot to fix. To date they have not. They have lowered or score to "poor" despite the fact that EIGHTY PERCENT OF OUR REVIEWS ARE OUR OR FIVE STARS.

      Thanks for the feedback. However, our TrustScore takes a few things into consideration and is not just averaged based on one factor. Here's a little more on how it works. A TrustScore is calculated on a scale from 1 to 5.
      For businesses with less than ****** reviews, the overall TrustScore is recalculated immediately after a new review is posted. For businesses with more than ****** reviews, TrustScore recalculation happens once per day, since the TrustScore will not change as quickly once this threshold is reached.

      The formula for calculation considers three factors: time span, frequency, and Bayesian average.
      -Time span. A TrustScore gives more weight to newer reviews, and less to older ones. The most recent review holds the most weight, since newer reviews give more insight into current customer satisfaction.
      -Frequency. Businesses should continuously collect reviews to maintain their TrustScore. Because the most recent review holds the most weight, a TrustScore will be more stable if reviews are coming in regularly.
      -Bayesian average. We use a Bayesian average in the calculation, to make sure that a business with fewer reviews starts off with a balanced TrustScore. This means that we automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each in all TrustScore calculations. As a business collects more reviews, this becomes a smaller factor in the calculation.

      If a review isn't meant for your company, you can flag this for our team to look into. If they find that it breaks the rules, action will be taken.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
      It is NOT the response from Trustpilot which is a disingenuous :cut and paste" from the Trustpilot website that allows me to call this a satisfactory resolution.
      What did occur: Trustpilot FINALLY removed bogus review (after allowing our rating to languish for several weeks)
      Also note that while Trustpilot discusses "how they do ratings" they do NOT provide how any formula actually works in creating those ratings. It is self serving feel good nonsense and nothing more.
      That being said, our rating has been reasonably restored and the false review removed so I am closing this complaint.
