      Poor business and no integrity. You can leave a review about a businesses failure to follow through BUT trustpilot will delete it if they are paid by that business. Trustpilot is a scam and I am going to file legal complaint because they don't follow any of their written agreements. Do not recommend

      I would not reccomend as they do not keep their word. Good thing I started out with their services for free versus paying because I would have been out of money and deceived. I left a review with regards to my dissatisfaction with a business but Trustpilot removed my review. Other people I encouraged to go to trustpilot to voice their concerns did the same yet their reviews was also removed. They have no integrity and are not a TRUST worthy business. As those below mentioned take your business elsewhere and remove your account from their website. They don't deserve your business. They're a failure and won't be around long . Their business is declining

      Truspolot is a paid off service by companies. Its a fact. Their are partial in their behavior of taking unresolved or attended to complaints off eventhiught BBB diligently expedited the complaint in a neutral manner as theyre not involved. Clearly Trustpilot let me and I think the world know who they are. A waste and should be abolished. Thats probably why theyre not BBB accredited business. No integrity and unethical actually for taking sides in a factually provided case and removing a review.

      Trustpilot is not interested in reviews from real consumers. They're for paying businesses. When you leave an honest review that disparage one of their businesses reviews, the review will be taken down even if you follow their posting guidelines. Your review will be removed and fake reviews that paint their customer businesses in a good light however are encouraged and will of course be given priority.This is my former website JGDouglas.webs.com which has been removed by WEBS as they shut down. I tried to correct the *** with TrustPilot.com, however, only the internal *** changed, not the external. TrustPilot took it upon themself to Shut Down and Remove and active page "Without Notice."TrustPilot.com refuses to remove the misleading information from their system to allow the updated information (New Account) will display.This is what you're getting at TrustPilot.com; JGDouglas.webs.com ******************************************* Thanks for visiting Trustpilot.       Trustpilot is not interested in reviews from real consumers. They are for businesses that are willing to pay them for their standing. For this reason, if you leave an honest review that happens to disparage one of their businesses that pay them for good reviews, your review will be taken down. Even if you follow their posting guidelines, your review will be removed. Fake reviews that paint their customer businesses in a good light however are encouraged and will of course be given priority.

      Trustpilot removed my review just for telling the truth. I laid out factual information and they claimed it was violating their guidelines. In other words they are protecting the company who I had a negative experience with. Deeply saddened, they would even respond to my counter argument. They just removed it. Another "fact checker" company bought and paid for.

      They are a marketing company, it says right there under their name. That should tell you everything you need to know. I submitted a favorable review of a company in 2022 and they accepted it no questions asked. Now 2 years later I have been having issues with that company so I posted an updated negative review chronicalling my issues and Trustpilot is threatening me! Saying they will remove my review if I don't provide personal information. What a joke of a company, just stop using them. Ignore them and they will go away.
