  Trustpilot rating of excellent of a company that continuously defrauds unwitting customers according to numerous reports on review sites. How is this not aiding and abetting? A negative review was written by me and promptly deleted by Truspilot allowing a fraudulent company to continue the illusion of excellence thereby attracting fresh victims of the scam. Do a search of Trustpilot and behold.

  I know that this company is unethical and have left a complaint in the past but have noticed something new that is worth mentioning. At first, they continued to delete one of my reviews at the request of the company I was reviewing. Finally, they let the review remain. But they disabled the Useful button for my review so that other users are not able to give the review a thumbs-up. By doing this, they ensure my review becomes less relevant over time. For every other review, the Useful button is active. I have had other people try this and they can confirm that the Useful button is indeed disabled. Honestly, I have never come across a more deceitful company.

  Hi there,Thanks for your review. However, let's make sure we're on the same page about the removal of reviews. No business can pay to have reviews removed. Both businesses and consumers have the opportunity to flag a review if it goes against our guidelines. Once reviews are flagged and investigated by our Content Integrity Team, they are either reinstated or removed permanently. If a review is removed permanently this means that it goes against our guidelines. If reinstated, the review does not break any platform rules. Our flagging system can be a powerful tool, to combat its overuse by businesses and keyboard warrior consumers we have put some restrictions in place. One of those is that if a business consistently flags reviews using the wrong 'flagging reason' then we temporarily remove their right to flag reviews. Our guidelines and flagging restrictions are in place to safeguard both businesses and consumers on our platform.   The business responded but what they have written is absolutely untrue. For months, they deleted my review over and over again despite me being able to provide documentation and an eyewitness to my experience with the business being reviewed. They finally allowed the review to remain but they have indeed deactivated the Useful button on my specific comment. I have had numerous people with Trustpilot accounts attempt to click on the Useful button and it never retains their selection. So instead of deleting my comment, they are simply making it less relevant in the algorithm they use so that it doesn't show up until the 8th page of reviews despite being fairly recent. A member of Trustpilot has continued to email me in a belligerent manner. This is a highly unethical company. Reviews on Trustpilot are highly manipulated and not indicative of the company being reviewed. They will respond to this with stock verbiage, but nothing they write is true.

  TrustPilot is an ********************** A Company ******* emailed me from the TrustPilot system for a review. Well I left a negative review. ******* then requested my personal information through trustpilot. I ignored it. Then trust pilot tells me they are removing my review because I wouldn't cooperate and give my personal information out to a company who already has my information and requested the review in the first place. TrustPilot is not trustworthy. You as a consumer they lie to. They are there to make the company look good. They are a joke and all the good reviews they have are just lies.

  Untrusted Pilot should be their name. Their reviews are fake . They get paid by companies to monitor and use unfair rules , lies to remove real life experience .trust pilot is a scam , untrusted pilot has workers like ************ and *********** to Harass clients by email to remove reviews. Trust pilot is a joke I wonder Why trust pilot wouldnt help ************ in the review below. Did trust pilot ask that person to provide documentation on ************ Business? NO trust pilot didnt because ***** doesnt pay them!

  We are very disappointed in TrustPilot. We have a disgruntled neighbor who has been harassing us for years and now he is leaving FAKE negative reviews for our business claiming our business is a SCAM implying we are some criminal enterprise. We're a small business so every review counts.TrustPilot ALLOWED this FAKE negative review to remain posted claiming it was "legitimate" because he provided "documents". But when we asked to see the documents our case was closed. Anytime we respond to the TrustPilot Content Integrity emails we never get any response. Documents can easily be FAKED. How does TrustPilot know what our invoices or packing slips look like without verifying it with us to see if it's authentic or that it matches our records? We asked for a copy of this "document" or some order/reference number but they ignored our request and closed our case. How is this FAIR and transparent? They claim they strive to be fair and transparent in their reviews process but they're not. Their reviews process is FLAWED and ALLOWS FAKE negative reviews to be posted damaging the reputation of legitimate small business trying to survive. TrustPilot business accounts are also very expensive and unaffordable to most small businesses. Their free TrustPilot account, once you claim it, is very limited and allows anyone to leave FAKE negative reviews on your account.I've lost all confidence in TrustPilot. I don't recommend TrustPilot especially when they allow anyone with a grudge to freely post FAKE NEGATIVE reviews.

  Trustpilot keeps pulling my review of a company that actually stole from me, and won't let me review it. I have proof, that they still are protecting the company. Trustpilot is not a company that can use "trust" in its name. Horrid, criminal protecting, awful company.

  They are not trustworthy at all! They kept removing my honest reviews just because I didn't want to provide VERY DETAILED documents, which I consider privacy. They basically asked for an order copy which has my personal information on it. Ironically, they said it's "totally up to me if I want to provide this document or not". I will not ever use their scamming website from now on. I just realized how shady this company is after reading other reviews and I am glad I made the right call not to trust them.
