      I placed an order with this company on November 20, 2022. I have not received the order and I have not been able to contact someone since the update of a tracking number. The phone calls are not taken nor or the chats accurate. They apparently has told their representatives to lie on the chats and not answer the calls.My order number is *********** with an update on 11/20 and a fake tracking number provided of ************************** which cannot be identified by the postal service. The chat continues to lie about the postal service having the packages but it is not true.I have called, emailed, chatted or still no resolution just excuses. I would like to your assistance getting my refund or my package. I am in need of my payment.I requested the Corporate number and address and never was it provided. I have attached all supporting documents to prove this is a serious complaint

      I purchased items on 11/27/22, the items are still saying processing. I haven't received an email updating me on anything else. I been calling and emailing for the last couple of days. They are not answering the phone, been on hold for more than 30 minutes and they are not responding to emails. After all this time, I want a full refund and don't want any of the items.

      The falsely give a wrong information when shipping. They say 5-7 days and I paid **** for shipping. Then I spoke to someone and they admit there shipping is delayed. They refuse to give me a refund. This item was for a funerial of my cousin who just died of cancer.

      I have 2 Issues Issue #1 I ordered a dress previously and used a Birthday Gift reward ($10) to pay a portion of it (***********). The order sat in the processing stage for 3 weeks and then it was cancelled. I would like my Birthday Reward back for it to be used on ANY item as it was intended. It is the equivalent of cash. A Customer Rep gave me a code that was supposed to be in it's place but the code did not work on my new order. I have emailed ******* and a week later, still no response.Issue #2 The before mentioned dress I thought was cancelled because it was out of stock (it was on clearance) showed back up on the site and I ordered it again (***********). This order is sitting in the processing stage again. It has been over a week. I have called the customer service at all times of days and no one answers. When will my order be shipped? Is this company still in business??

       They have responded to Issue #1 but it has not been resolved.  I was told I would receive my credit when my pending order was processed.  Issue #2 is the still pending order since November.  This has not been responded to.

      Order was placed and confirmed on 11/27/22 stating the 2 sweaters should arrive in 5-7 days. To date (12/6/22) the order is still in the "processing" status. The company is not answering emails or phone calls. Yet, I am still receiving emails of advertising, promos etc. If they have ceased operations, they should not be fishing for new business.I would like to know if & when these 2 sweaters will ship.

      Placed two orders. One was partially shipped the other portion had a tracking number assigned 6 days ago but **** is still waiting for item. The second order says confirmed but no tracking. Researched and it seems so many are complaining of same thing.       In early November I purchased a coat from New York and company. I have never received the coat and it is now a month later. I pull up a tracking number and not even sure it is legitimate. There has been no update for a month. I have called the company multiple times and never get to speak to anyone. It's constantly on hold. I have emailed at least 3 times and have never gotten a return email. I would like refunded for this purchase.

      Placed order on 11/26/22; order number ************ Nothing has shipped and no response to email asking about status, sent on 12/3/22. Have since tried to call multiple times over different days, for 30+ minutes each time. Cant get through main line. This order needs to either be cancelled and replaced (with appropriate adjustments) or just refunded. The projected timeframe for my order being delivered was this week. Its not even shipped yet, this is a problem.

      I placed an order with this company on the 26th of November for 2 sweaters. The promised delivery date is tomorrow but I have no received shipping confirmation. I called customer service only to be told that its still processing and that I cant make a complaint until after tomorrow. I do not live anywhere near one of their warehouses and it wont be here. I asked to have the shipping expedited so that these will arrive before event and I was told it wasnt possible. I was also told that it wasnt possible to cancel the order. I initially paid for expedited shipping so that it would arrive on time. There has been zero follow up communication. I havent received an email reporting a delay. They have my money and I wont have the items for my event. One of my items now says that its out of stock too and I wasnt made aware of that either

      I WISH I HAD READ ALL THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO PLACING THIS ORDER, CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR ORDERS, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS SINCE PLACING MY ****** I UPGRADED MY SHIPPING TO STANDARD SHIPPING VS ECONOMY BEING THAT 2DAY AND OVERNIGHT WAS NOT A OPTION TO SELECT. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS IN SEVERE TURMOIL BUT SINCE PLACING THIS ORDER I CAN COMPLETELY SEE WHY. I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELED BECAUSE I PLACED AN ORDER EXPECTING IT WITHIN A REASONABLE **** FRAME, THAT IS WHY I UPGRADED MY SHIPPING METHOD. THE WEBSITE STATES TO ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS FOR TRACKING UPDATE. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER 24 HOURS, 48 HOURS AND 72 HOURS. I RECOMMEND ANYONE READING THIS TO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.
