  On April 21st, I paid BeenVerified $1 for a Carfax report. I did not sign up for a membership. My understanding was that I was simply paying for the automobile report. On April 29th, I was charged $29.99 by BeenVerified for a monthly membership. I was able to cancel the membership via chat bot but was unable to get a refund despite attempts through the chat function and email. It is impossible to reach a human agent. I feel this is unacceptable and somewhat deceptive business practice lureing people into coughing up money and then elude accountability with dead-end customer support. I am asking for a refund of $29.99.

  I was using the beenverified contact pro platform to find candidates to recruit and it worked fine. Then last Friday the search terms that I would typically use generated zero results. I tried several different ways with no luck. I jumped on line with their chat customer support service, it was two hours of wasted time. All I was asking for was to check and see if Contact pro was still working and if so to confirm I was using it right. After an hour of useless typing I asked to talk to a supervisor, after another 15 minutes of me asking to speak to a supervisor they finally transferred me and promptly hung up. I then called their customer service number and got another hour of the Filipino dog and pony show run around. Absolutely useless, finally I just gave up. The next thing I know theyve cancelled my account and refunded $58. I did not ever say anything about cancelling and still need the program so I signed up again and now it costs $71. This platform used to be pretty good but the customer service organization is completely useless.

  I signed up for the 5 dollar promo. Used the site twice and was done. Approximately a week later, with no warning whatsoever, they charged my ****** 33 dollars. I immediately cancelled and sent an e-mail requesting a refund. Have not heard back yet.This is despicable conduct by any business. At no time did they give you any warning that in a week or 10 days they would charge your account 33 dollars.

  Trash scam website that will make you go further and further giving more and more information until they try and charge you which is not stated until you have committed 10+ minutes into their search trash.

  I was charged $1 to pull a vehicle review and I never received the report. Then, all of the sudden the charge me another $33 dollar without me authorizing the charge without any explanation or services provided.Customer service is poor, the call center does not get you anywhere with the automated system, there is not even a direct line to contact someone in the **. (you need to press 1 for US and the choose your easter or western time!!)It is a scam. Do not give your personal information. Do not waste your time.Buyer be aware

  Been verified is protecting my hard earned 50 years of working various jobs to EARN my **************** Security. Lazy, slothful family members prefer to sell other people's personal information on Dark Web for whatever they can get. So what if it ruins elderly people's last years.   I did not consent or sign up to get charged monthly but i was charged THIRTY TWO DOLLARS randomly after buying a $1.00 subscription to find ONE number. There Was absolutely nothing telling me that i would have to pay that much monthly, I have no idea how to stop it either. This company steals ur money.
