    I was interested in the service and took the short program. It did not meet my needs and I cancelled. I was charged for additional services because I had not cancelled as soon as required. Fortunately, the company understood and refunded my payments. It would be helpful if they would more clearly indicate when to cancel, but they were very responsive and I had no problem getting my money back.

    I didnt realize it was a paid thing at the end of so many days, but when I did find out that they had taken the money out of my account, I called them right away and they canceled the account and gave me my money back

    ********************** wants our customers to be aware of the billing prior to creating an account with us. 

    When signing up for our services the terms and conditions in addition to the privacy policy are required to be agreed to prior to signing up. Each customer must agree to these terms before successfully creating the account. This way our customers confirm they are fully aware of the charges including the date to cancel the trial. 

    The account was reactivated on 06/28/25 with our $1.00 7-day trial. Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $32.89.

    Additionally, we offer multiple hassle-free ways to cancel your account. You are able to cancel online, through email, live chat or by calling our customer service.

    Please be assured your account was closed because it appears you disputed our charges with your bank.  Please be assured the account is canceled and closed.  We are locked out of any further transactions.  You would need to follow up with your bank regarding the resolution of the dispute and the return of any funds to your account.
