    01/12/2024 400 Reports per Month - $75.29 / Month$75.29 - On 1/12 I paid $75.29 for 400 reports and when on the website this is what is telling me You have accessed 100 out of 100 available report credits this billing period. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and they are not helpful at all.

    January 18, **** I went to the BeenVerified site and wanted to pull a report on myself to see what all was showing in my history. I set up a 1 month subscription for $26.89 I paid it through a Venmo account which comes directly out of my South ********* Banking account. I could not pull up the report and I never received the report. I immediately called and talked to a representative and asked them to cancel the entire transaction and refund my money to my bank account. He told me that he would have someone contact me about the issue. A different person sent an email to me asking me to send documents showing the transaction. I sent screenshots showing the Venmo receipt, my bank record showing the debit to my account and a couple of other documents. I then received another email asking for more documentation, I sent a couple of other screenshots and now earlier today I received something saying it would be sent to another department to determine what they would do next. I have heard nothing from them since earlier today. Its a charge of $26.89, its not hundreds of dollars, I just want my money back. Im done with this, Ive invested lots of time emailing back and forth and sending over everything I could to prove this was paid. Please help me if you can. Thank you***** ******

After thorough investigation we were able to confirm none of the Venmo transactions matched the username, zip code or amount and date. We also can confirm that our billing will display with our logo image and it will read Beenverified and one word  vs separate. We advise to work with your bank in reference to this transaction as we able unable to locate any matches based on the data shared.

    Spent $1 dollar to look something up on been verified and I check my bank statement and they charged me for $30. This is unacceptable what kind of scam is this? How is this legal?

    I noticed a reoccurring charge from Been Verified on my card statement. I did not know what it was for or remember signing up for it. I searched internet for Been verified to try to figure out what it if for. I may have inadvertently signed up for this service as described by others but I dont remember trying to do any background checks.

    I was hit with an unexpected charge once I changed my bank cards. This is a charge I never knew about and I was 100% lost and confused when I seen this hit my bank account. I went to the site to see when I used it and I used this site and paid $1.00 for and it then the charge went to an automatic $30 up charge. I went to cancel the subscription and it wouldnt allow me to. I would also like to cancel the subscription ASAP!

    I was checking my bank statements and found out that I have multiple unauthorized transactions that took place from 4/23/23 to 11/16/23. My account was charged$26.89 monthly for 8 months totaling $215.12 in unauthorized charges. I never signed up for ongoing charges and services from this company. I am apparently not the only one. I am filing a claim for a full refund of the unauthorized charges from Been Verified.

    When signing up for our services the terms and conditions in addition to the privacy policy are required to be agreed to prior to signing up.

    Each customer must agree to these terms before successfully creating the account.

    This way our customers are fully aware of the charges including the date to cancel the trial.

    Our subscriptions are not based on usage; they are recurring subscriptions that will continue to renew until a customer cancels as stated in the agreed terms.

    This company provided false criminal history in a purported background check against my name to a third party organization that oversees US **************** programs. My criminal record is demonstrably clear of any charges or convictions and had BeenVerified actually verified their information with the county courthouse they wouldve never reported false information. When I called they only said they can delete my profile and not actually correct the false information. They refused to provide the third party company with correct and accurate information and this is a clear violation of the *****

    Purchased a report for $1. Few weeks later get bill for a whopping $30. Definitely a super shady business practice and hides in the fine print. They refuse to refund it. I had no clue I was doing more than buying a report at the time of purchase.

    I was charged for services I never use nor did I hire prepay or sign up for services from this been verified business. My bank has investigation ending in a refund twice and my debit card being cancelled by bank requiring me to wait two weeks before a physical card arrived. This recent unauthorized charge make 3 times including a couple of $1.88 charges also refunded to me. Now while the current charge is pending the bank will and is canceling card issuing another this business is scammer identity theft no response was received from been verified by my bank attempting contact.
