    This company has falsified there guarantee to me and other customers! I have purchased a set of there product for over $700.00 and received everything just fine however the first week there bottom product broke/cracked and i requested a new set which they did then the same thing happened again which they replaced however AGAIN! in the same way the third set broke within a week(not chewy or eating) I spoke with a supervisor they said the would re-issue another set but this time send photos of the damages so we can ***** the issue and try and make my purchase work correctly as designed. A short time after i received a email stating they are not going to complete a replacement now... Which frustrated me as returned the email and asked why not response, I called several time with no assistance at all, they told me to buy another set at a discounted price and i responded why so those will break as well no thank you please keep your work about my purchase and then they hung up on me. I understood why the company offers remakes for customers that are unhappy with fitment or color but mine kept breaking. Please assist with getting this resolved with me as i cannot get anywhere with this company.

    Placed order from a SMALL impression kit. They do not have smalls so they sent a medium. I contacted them to let them know that a medium is to big. Received an email stating to put putty in refrigerator before using. Did it, returned them with an note and email about trays being to big. They set out the veneers and of course they don't fit. Sent them an email requesting cancel of order, they sent out another medium impression kit...I sent them an email regarding this. Received email stating to put putty in the refrigerator. Sent numerous emails about trays being to big and wanted to cancel order. I want a full refund of $600.06.

    I bought these under a financing plan in which I paid religiously until the product broke. I made multiple attempts to get the company to replace them and they wouldnt because I stopped paying due to the product breaking. They said I could pay a certain amount of money and theyd send me more. I told them that I couldnt use them due to breaking. They made no attempt after me paying most of the amount before they broke. Id like a complete new set that wont break and then Ill fulfill my payments.

    Pop On Veneers has charged me hundreds of dollars and it has been weeks and I never received my product. When I call, no one answers, and an automated recording disconnects the call. When reaching out via email, it is more automated responses saying they will check into the order and all I receive are more automated emails. The emails state that it will be weeks longer due to high demand to fill my order. I paid for expedited shipping and processing. I have requested several times for a refund. This company is fraudulent and scamming people. Pop On Veneers said they will only give a partial refund if I cancel my order. Even though the reason I am cancelling is because I never received my order due to their "high demand." It is one scam after the next. They keep telling me to wait a couple more weeks to receive my product. If I cancel my order, I will not receive any refund. They keep telling me to wait so they can continue to charge me. This company needs to be shut down and investigated immediately.

    The work that was done by pop-on veneers was horrible they did not fit my mouth and was not even completely finished product I'm asking for a full refund and out of the money that they took in they're only going to refund me back approximately 30%. I have no product for the services that they rendered which were not good services at all in any way shape or form yet they took my money I find this to be very very wrong

    I saw their ad on ********* I responded to a post and asked questions. They sent me a link to their website. The website said the normal $49 home measure kit for veneers was now free. If you weren't happy, you could get a refund. I tried them. It was 600$. When paying, it gave me the offer to pay it off over 4 payments. It did not say anything about penalties if you did not keep the veneers. They sent me a kit. I apparently didn't do it correctly so they sent me another kit, without me agreeing to another. They also sent me an email saying I could go to *** to get them digitally measured instead. They never said this would cost money. When I finally got my veneers in, they were comically terrible. They were on the level of halloween vampire teeth. They looked nothing like the pictures. Like the space between were not deep at all. I returned them. I was refunded 400$ and told that my refund was the total minus 213$ for the multiple measure kits and for the payment plan. I emailed them back, where I had been emailing them while ordering. They never responded. I message on ******** pictures and realized they delete all negative comments. Had I read negative comments, I would never have tried these. They work fraudulently and are not clear on hidden costs.

    Hello. I am a student and it take me a few weeks to respond to the message. I did not see there was a time limit as the impact took months to respond. 

     

    They have not resolved anything.  They are not answering messages and they are still deleting my comments on social media.  

     

    Please let me know to redo this or undo them receiving a resolution as they are a scam company.    Before they can delete comments you can see everyone else that has problems.   They are not clear in pricing and a abusive in their practices.  They need to be shut down.

    I contacted Pop On Veneers to order a set of Veneers. They shipped me an impression kit which I used and sent back my kiytg impressions. About 3-4 weeks later I received my veneers. Top and bottom arches. What I received was a very cheap and ridiculous mold of some fake looking teeth. I've seen vampire teeth at Halloween look better than these things. I would NEVER wear these Veneers. I would be embarrassed to be out in public with these things in my mouth. I contacted Pop On and expressed my dissatisfaction with the item I received and that I wanted my money back. They responded and said if I shipped the Veneers back they would give me a portion of my money. I boxed EVRYTHING back up that they sent me and shipped it back using their prepaid label about 4 days ago They contacted me today and said they only received my bottom arch back and sent me a picture of a mostly empty box claiming I didn't ship everything back. I AM CERTAIN that I shipped everything back, my partner watched me box it up and seal the box. They are trying to pull a fast one to try to keep from refunding my money. Why would I keep thr top arches. I wouldn't be caught dead with these ridiculous things in my mouth. I think this entire operation is a scam! I think they are lying so they can steal people's money. I want my refund!

    Not resolved. I shipped everything back that they said I 'they needed in order to give a partial refund. They tried to lie and say I only shipped back the bottom arch. Which is incorrect as I shipped back EVERYTHING.  Then they told me that they processed my refund and that I would have it in 5 to 7 days. After 8 or 9 days I inquired about my refund and was told that I ordered a remake and the money was used for that and i wouldn't be getting a refund. There make was never made, I never did the second set of impressions. So what they are doing now is lying AGAIN so they can steal my money. I followed the instructions on their Pop On Promise, shipped EVRRYTHING back, now they are creating lies , claiming they made something that they didn't,  all  so they can steal my money.  I think its time that a class action law suit be filed. This company is a scam. The item you receive is NOT anywhere near as nice as what they advertise. These people are a bunch of dishonest theives. They won't refund my money because I told them that their product is garbage, which it is. I've done everything that they instructed me to do. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!

    These people take your $$ but dont deliver the product and Will continue to give excuses by email and you cant talk to a live person and they delete all negative comments and block you so you cant warn any other potential customers! They are scamming people out of their hard earned money!

    I ordered pop on veneers and was told the company guaranteed they would fit properly. The initial visit resulted in a poor quality veneer and they said it would be replaced. I asked them to schedule a visit for the new ones and instead, they mailed it to my home. The second pair caused bleeding and were so poorly made and defective that I couldn't even try it on again. I immediately went back to the company, and the manager, *****, told me that they would fully refund the price even though there was a cancellation policy because they stand by their product. This was not true, a partial refund was issued, which I disputed with my credit card company. Pop on veneers has replied to the credit card company, with false information. I understand the return policy but it doesn't apply to goods sold that are defective and hazardous to the consumer. The company is being untruthful in what they told him and going by their policy only. I want the remaining balance to be returned. This is the worse customer experience, as a disable senior citizen, that I have ever experienced. Please help! Thank you!

    I spoke to a customer service representative in order to cancel an order placed on 10/4/22 (********). I went into their *** location on the following day (10/5/2022) for a digital scan. I was informed this morning (10/7/22) that I have to go in for another scan as the one their tech did is not good and they are unable to move forward. I asked for a one week rush as I need the veneers for an important event and now through no fault of my own there is a delay in addition to additional expenses incurred to return to *** for another scan. The agent was unable to accommodate. I will accept nothing but a full refund since I will not receive the product as promised. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
