If I could give them a 0 I would, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY!! my first one I got broke within 6 hours and out of the 4 teeth that I have missing they filled 3, I let them know they sent me another remake kit when I finally got the second pair back they filled 2 teeth in out of the 4. So I sent that set in and I just got the last pair back and they still filled in 3 teeth out of 4. This company is a rip off, don't waste your time with them. After reviewing your case, it appears that four teeth were filled on your arch including two back molars and the space between a molar and premolar. In some cases where there is a partial tooth present, were limited in how we can fill that area, which may be the source of confusion. Wed love to get this resolved for you. I'm on day one of my veneers, so keep that in mind. I had window shopped these things for years before I finally pulled the trigger and bought just the top arch. There is definitely gaps and it's going to take Time to get used to. Eating with them seems nearly impossible as they slip when I try. I waited I believe two months total from order to fulfillment. I don't know that the wait was worth it, but I do think they look tasteful. I didn't notice any changes in my speech like it was indicated was possible. I don't think they're terrible, or that the company is as bad as many of these reviews seem to say, but there is room for improvement. I'll edit my review if things change, but I think with time I'll like them better. And no, I won't be sending for remakes. Sending them back in to wait months for a return that isn't even guaranteed to work any better than the first time doesn't sound remotely intriguing to me.PopOnSmiles, LLC

1 starI thought this company actually cared about their customers they sure fooled me!! While I'm going through some serious medical issues right now they are scamming me taking their time, to run out the clock so they don't have to refund. I had no problem paying everything I owe but they want me to give ANOTHER down payment when they haven't even started making my vaneers yet! I'm laying in the hospital and showed them screenshots that someone stole my identity so all my cards were frozen so you would think they would have some compassion and just charge me what I owe but no they want me to sign back up and pay the down payment again. Just evil I have made so many payments and just missed one! One payment and like I said I haven't even recieved the freaking vaneers yet because they are taking so long I ordered in February its now April 10th! A good company would just wave the down payment fee and make the ******* but after all the comments about how fake they look maybe I just saved myself from wasting even more money. Just an FYI for anyone that doesn't know I'll be spreading the word on all my social media that their 30 day warranty does not mean you get a full refund like people think they do not give full refunds back and everyone should know this I already had to inform a couple people that were talking about buying these until I told them they won't ever get a full refund no matter what! They lie about their specials and the teeth you will receive are s***** plastic that won't last longer than 2 months. They couldn't care any less about customers being satisfied or even close to it. Would not recommend 0/10 stars. If you feel like spending hundreds of $ every 2 months (or less) and work with a company that only cares for getting your money, this is the place for you!PopOnSmiles, LLC

****** even received the product yet (since January) but I hope the product is better than their service squads ! Oh and WHEN I had enough of their treatment make sure you know you will not receive your full refund! $99 for this $99 for that. So Im not gunna eat their back end fees.But ************ treated me so sarcastically ! One mistake after another! Since January this unprofessional squad of a company delievers one excuse after excuse! This place is a total scam and I gave them several tries to make it right. They dont even honor a full refund its partial or 2 remakes. I thought Id give them a chance to make it all right and remake my veneers because they were bulky huge and so glossy they looked like howdy doodys smile. Plus they were so tight the first set I couldnt get them off my teeth I had to get another remake. So remake number two I was very specific like asking a genie for a wish and still came back nothing like what I said and my kids laughed and said whats on your teeth. I tried to take them off and the bottom set tore and now cuts into my lip. I never wear them because they look so ridiculous and they wont refund. So I paid $763 for a box that sits on my shelves. They wont do anything to help and I cant even wear them they are embarrassing.PopOnSmiles, LLC

To clarify, when you first reached out for a remake on 02/22/2024, the required form was not submitted until 03/27/2024over a month laterplacing it outside our 30-day warranty period. Our warranty is designed to ensure that any fit or aesthetic concerns are addressed within 30 days of receiving your veneers, as this is when any issues would typically be evident.
Despite the warranty expiration, when you reached out again on 04/15/2024, expressing concerns, we escalated your case to our supervisors. As a courtesy, we approved a complimentary remake outside of warranty on 04/16/2024. Following this, once you received your remake, you submitted another form on 05/18/2024 requesting a second remake and a color change. Although you were significantly beyond the warranty period, we still processed a second complimentary remake on 05/21/2024 in an effort to ensure your satisfaction.

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! I ACCIDENTALLY purchased a set of veneers.. I was actually just trying to see how much it would be all together and if I decided to do it, I would use my FHA benefit card. Somehow the purchase went through and charged my debit card $360!!!!!!!! I called them IMMEDIATELY To ask them to cancel/void the transaction. They told me the same BS about I would have to go through their finance department and they can only be reached my email. They sent me an email back asking if I really wanted to cancel. Of course I replied YES! Then they SHIPPED the impression kit (AFTER I SPOKE TO THEM TWICE AS WELL AS 2 EMAILS)! They did this and have the 24 hour policy so that the money comes out of my account and now they can charge me $49!!! I posted a comment on ******** and they blocked me!!!!!!! 1 starPop on smiles is a scam all you guys want is to **** more money out of me and I have no idea if this remake was even gonna work and not just brake again I could not even wear the bottoms and the tops broke within a week if they were a good fit and a worthy product I would have stayed up on my payment plan but I already paid 299 for a product I do not even have I was not going to pay another 80.00$ for something that broke within a week and like I said bottoms never worked they hurt so I have been looking in the mail everyday I missed going out for Christmas and new years and my birthday because they stopped my remake because I did not give them more money for something that was not right to begin with they should have at least sent me the top ones since they got $299 of my money and they have the deal for the top for $299 so really they are just being greedy and I dont have a product to show for what I already paid them for they got their money were is my top teeth at least who in there right mind is going to pay more money for something that broke within a week of wearing, and the bottoms never worked they actually hurt and the top looked good but were loose in the back so they broke but only after changing my teeth positioning so I could not put my partial retainer back in so I have not left the house since requested a remake with urgency because I had no front teeth on one side and they stopped making my remake because they did not receive more money I dont even know if it was worth the money I already paid 299$ its crazy and they could care less that I lost my retainer fit so I am a hermit for almost two months now because of all this I am very disappointed and I was looking online and can see other companys that are way cheaper and probably have way better customer satisfaction and appreciation because pop on smiles are greedy money hungry frauds that dont care that there customers are happy they just want more money I want my top teeth I paid for
