Service Department. I took my 2006 ***** *** **** in for a recall and to have them read a code my local garage could not access. On the way there, the truck blew a brake line. It cost me $641.79 and took over four weeks to get just the estimate. In the estimate, they stated no parts were available and they would have to fabricate the new brake line by bending and soldering an older copper brake line. I rejected their estimate and had it towed to a local garage who put all new OEM brakes lines in for a fraction of Nemer's quoted price. Several days after my truck was removed from their lot, the service department called and told me their technician left a toll in my truck and said they would give me the rest of MY parts if I would return his tool!

The customer arrived om 8/30/2023 without an appointment. He was informed that wear booked for 3 to 4 weeks out. the customer still wanted to leave the vehicle. With some luck we were able to make room for the vehicle by 9/14/2023. The customer received a video of the issues with the vehicle along with multiple text explaining the cost of each repair. He also requested part numbers that were also supplied. It would be impossible for any to replace the brake lines with OEM parts that have been discontinued. Please see attached stating that the part was discontinued 12-11-2015. The customer was quoted $149 to diagnose the brake lines and approved. The customer then requested and approved an additional 3 hours ($449.85) to diagnose ignition/No start concern. All approved via text message. Yes we would like the technicians tool return as it is not the customers. Thank You.

I drove my truck into the shop with a leaking brake line on 8/30/2023 at about 10:00am. At 3:34 pm I received a text from the technician stating he prepared a video. On 9/5/2023 I received another text from the same technician asking for just two more hours. Sometime in between then and 10/14/2023 i get a call from the technician stating he can't get the parts and will find an old scrap one for the ignition and make a new brake line by soldering and bending a used one to make fit. On 9/14/2023 I receive another text with a few short quotes (no explanation of actual work or parts to be used). I decline the ignition work and ask for a better detailed brake quote. That takes until 9/22/2023. I decline all work and find another repair shop to tow it out of there and do the proper repair work. I have everything digitally documented to prove this.

I have since found out they took out several fuses in their diagnostics and never replaced them. One of those being the fuse for my brake lights which almost cost a major accident. They also removed the screws from the front wheel shroud which caused it to suddenly fly off while I was driving on the highway. Last (that I found out so far), they never reinstalled the under engine mudguard splash shield and just left it under my tonneau cover.

This is the WORST buying experience I have ever had. This dealership as TERRIBLE business practices & the sales staff is MORE WORRIED about their ratings than customer services. They marked up the MSRP $1000, stating it was to keep their doors open. In good faith I gave a $2,000 deposit on a 2021 **** *********. I kept asking my sales person for a receipt & he kept saying I would get if from Joe when I signed the final paperwork.. This never happened!! Come to find out several days later, after the deal was done, that the $2000 was never run. Then after 5 hours at the dealership, I was informed there was a problem with the title, (lien), even though I had told both sales persons that I had just paid off the loan. I was told to give back the $3300 + tax (which I would supposedly get back after the letter of lien release was received). They REFUSED to give me back my trade in vehicle & threatened me with legal action if I tried to have it towed from their dealership. They basically stole my vehicle from me & my trade in dollars. They have CHEATED me out of my trade in!!! NOW having only given me $1,000 for my 2014 **** *******!! The salesperson I dealt with filled out his own review and forged my name. what a slim ball practice. I will NEVER do business with this dealership and I only hope no one else will either.
