      So far I love thus type of business. It's fun. Rewarding.. takes a little while but I'm almost at my first reward.

      I joined in ****************************** 2023 because they felt that I did not scan enough items. It is what it is. Maybe I should have went to a grocery store and just started scanning everything in the isles. My wife died, so I started eating out ALLOT, and I guess NCP felt that using their item description of "take out" and "gas' was not detailed enough, Why even have those options listed if NCP did not want me to use them. It is what it is and after 15 years why have a problem with the way I scan. Could it be that I was getting allot of points since I been there so long, and was not using the ******* points I had and NCP took away? Nice way of treating an 15 year veteran and wonder what other horror stories NCP did.

      I was highly disappointed in this app. I used it for nearly a year. The points take too long to add up, it takes forever to scan everything. Also when I went to redeem my Amazon gift card, it gave me some error code. They wanted me to screen shot the error, but when I went back to it, it read that I changed my authentication method, which I didn't!! They just don't want to pay you. They are scammers, a fraud of a company, and they need to be reported. I would not give them a star, but because you must, to do a review, 1 it is. Don't use this app, you are wasting your time. Pathetic!!

      I joined NCP in March 2023, I have scanned literally everything I've bought, I've taken EVERY survey they've sent, and I've played all the games. It took forever but I finally got to ****** points and redeemed them for a $25 PayPal reward. I submitted my points on August 8th, today 10 days later i still haven't received an email to claim it. I've sent numerous emails asking them for help and nobody seems to be able to help. I like NCP and enjoy using it but if I ever receive my reward I'm deleting the app.

We are sorry you are dissatisfied with the experience of redeeming your reward points for a PayPal digital reward.Our records indicate that you redeemed reward points for a $25 PayPal reward on Tuesday, August 8th. PayPal redemptions can typically take up to one week to process. To that end, your request was scheduled to be processed on Monday, August 14th.We received your email on August 13th that you had not received the redemption code. At the time, our Support team directed you to contact ********************** (our third-party redemption partner) to assist with confirming the status of your redemption.The code was issued as scheduled on Monday the 14th. However, we received a follow-up email from August 18th indicating you had yet to receive the reward.Our team confirmed that the reward was re-issued on Tuesday, August 22nd. A member of the Panel ************** attempted to call you on Tuesday (at the number we have on file) to confirm you received the redemption code but was unable to reach you. A second attempt to reach you was made on Wednesday, August 23rd with no success.We hope you have received your redemption code. Please look for an email from ********************** both in your inbox and SPAM.       NCP sucks!They don't back up their unboxed damaged products.I received a "supposed" brand new ********** and kept the unopened box in storage just to open it 9 months later after a move and seeing a damaged product that doesn't work.After 13 years of NCP membership and accumulating over ******* points, all I have to show for scanning products like an idiot for 20 minutes at a time is a brand new TV that DOESN'T WORK! Thank you NCP for fuckin' NOTHING!!!!

      As per NCP policy, all panel members that redeem reward points towards merchandise from our gift catalog have ******************************************************************************** exchange of gifts.Reference to our 30-day policy can be found on our panel member website (www.ncponline.com) in our FAQ pertaining to gift redemption.As ****************** points out in his complaint, he kept his television in storage for over nine months at which point the items was then transferred in a move.Unfortunately NCP has no way of knowing when the damage to the unit took place.As we are well past the 30-day return/exchange window, NCP's panel support center provided ****************** with the proof of purchase and instructed him to follow-up with the product manufacturer.If the BBB or ****************** have any additional comments or questions, we are happy to provide additional follow-up.Regards National Consumer Panel

      ******* for a few weeks, tried to redeem points earned. They sent me on a wild goose chase no authenticity code worked, the submit button was not working either, had an email to change my password every week. Its seems user friendly but i think they are scamming you into thinking they will actually award you and then blame your computer skills when really they had to have set it up that way so you keep trying for the next reward.

      After the first time of getting locked out if my account and reaches out for help, the only option was to call them, I'm hearing impaired and let them know I can't call them and they responded with "find someone to help you." Denying me access to my account and refusing to help me with my disabilities is discusting. They refuse to help me. Theyre constantly locking me out of my account with no valid reason. I wasnt able to get into my account and yet they want to include and account number. How can i get an account number when i cant get into the app? No matter how much food I scan or surveys I do I never level up the way I'm supposed to, always being shown how I need to do more. This company refused to help me...discusting!
