In early May I renewed my subscription even though we've had home delivery problems. Over the past 3 weeks I've received 3 papers. I tried to contact the delivery extension but it's automated; you can't speak to anyone. I then called the cancellation extension and ended up talking with customer service in the Philippines. After 2 weeks of back and forth conversations I finally learned that my subscription had expired on May 12th. No one ever told me that and they also billed me May 2nd for continuing my subscription! The paper is horrible, and their support is even worse. Save your money and get the ***** ********.Review from Joshua J

Ordered in June. Got seven papers. Called four times for no delivery. Customer service although nice was terrible, promised they would reach out to the courier and still nothing. Credited my account for days not the months with out a paper. Then I call to try and complain again and my account doesn’t exist. So they STOLE my money and resolved NOTHING. Literally the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and I can’t believe they STOLE my money. Absolutely disgusted. Then they send me a letter in the mail begging me to come back… why would I when I paid you money for months worth of papers and got seven. Try to call them and you’re on hold forever.Review from Congetta R

Abysmal customer service. They will not deliver the paper or return our calls or emails.
