My roof was done in 1 day.Without the help from the team at storm kings I would have been manipulated by the insurance company and not have a new roof.These guys no how to handle it so you get what you deserve. I can not say enough about the Profesionalism and knowledge of these guys.Working in the industry myself they made me look like a amateur when it came to handling all the new and ever changing rules of the insurance company.I would say if you don't use them you might be stealing from yourself.

Storm kings just finished replacing a roof on the house and shed for me and it turned out great! From the first conversation with ******** and *******, they walked me through every step of the process and answered any questions I had. The install crew did a great job, very efficient and thorough when completing the job. They did a great job cleaning up after finishing. I was lucky enough that ******** from Storm Kings happened to notice some missing shingles on my roof while he was in the area. I didnt think much of it at the time, but next thing I knew Allstate had approved my full roof replacement from the storm damage. ********* *******, and their team were fantastic from start to finish. They were proffesional, replaced all the damaged wood, and what really impressed me was how well they cleaned up afterward. You wouldnt even know they had been here besides the new roof! **** * **** was their representative in recognizing our roof damage and excellent in working with my insurance carrier. He was honest and very professional. He helped in picking out the color of shingles by bringing catalogs and 3x3 examples. He answered all questions and was in constant contact with us during the whole project. Storm Kings crew were outstanding and efficient in removing 2 layers and installing new shingles. They did an outstanding job of cleanup and you wouldn't even know they were there. Can't say enough about **** because he was the reason we had Storm Kings do our roof. He was there during the entire project and *******, the manager, was to observe the completion. I would highly recommend Storm Kings if you choose the replace your roof.Storm Kings, LLC. Response

Just had my final transaction/pmt with **** of Storm Kings. He worked with my Insurance adjuster to make my new roof happen in a timely, very professional manor. I cant praise him enough! ******* had THREE layers of shingles to be removed. The workers were professional, respectful, and efficient. **** came to inspect my property with me to make sure everything was cleaned up. Three layers of shingles!!! Their representative, *******************, was very helpful when dealing with our insurance company. He was also helpful in walking us through our roofing choices. He was very good about communicating with us through the entire job. Storm Kings worked us into their schedule quickly and showed up on the scheduled day. They made short work of the roof replacement. Were pleased with the process and the end result. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof.Storm Kings, LLC. Response

I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Lawn from Storm Kings. He demonstrated extreme insight into insurance claim process, inspected my roof for free, and provided me with both an accurate assessment of recent damage and accurate probability of it being covered by my insurance. He was always responsive, courteous, and honest. Although I opted to go with a lifelong friend for the roof project I would highly recommend Storm Kings for anyone needing estimates and/or services. I would also add that when informed that I chose another roofer based on personal relations, **** exhibited the utmost understanding and professionalism. Highly Recommend!!!Storm Kings, LLC. Response

We have been working with *** from Storm Kings since May 2022. After inspecting our roof he was confident it needed to be completely replaced due to wind damage. Our insurance adjuster did not think this and *** went through all the hoops insurance put in place. The adjuster said only 8 to 10 shingles needed replaced, *** attempted to replaced them with the suggested match which did not match at all. After replacing three sets of shingles and documenting the damage occurring to the surrounding shingles to do this, a second submission to insurance showing the wind damage as well as the mismatch shingles insurance said would match. He worked tirelessly to get our roof covered and replaced. He and his team did an amazing job on the replacement and left our home in great shape afterwords. Our home looks amazing now with the work they put in not only making sure it would be covered but also ensuring we had all the appropriate materials installed for Ohios weather. I strongly recommend this company and their workers. Could not be happier with the finished outcome.Storm Kings, LLC. Response

Storm Kings has exceeded my expectations! My sales consultant, *******************, did an excellent job helping me understand the details of getting a new roof-from the paperwork to the shingle selection.As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. While I was out of town for work, ******************* took and shared with me hourly pictures of the roof transformation. This gave me a sense of comfort and ease that Storm Kings provided great customer care and support to my needs.
