I took curtain panels in to be dry cleaned. I was told they were $10 per panel. When I went to pick them up, I was told they were not satisfied with the job they did and they were going to redo them. I went back two days later to pick them up and they charge me $25 per panel and my curtains are wrinkled and horrible looking. With a 25% discount for being a first time customer, I paid $80.Business response

On May 6th, I picked up dry cleaning at Tide Cleaners, but a blazer was missing. Despite a 50-minute search, it wasn't found. Needing the blazer urgently, I bought the exact same blazer as a replacement at ***** ********* for $339.56 on May 7th (see attached photo). Though they located my blazer on May 9th, their only compensation was a $100 store credit, which I refused because I won’t use it due to lost trust. I request a full refund for the replacement blazer.Business response

We use tide cleaning services at ********* University. We have been billed $225.44 for laundry service at the University of *********** order number *********. I have tried the call service, the app, email, and face book for a customer service and I have not received any reply. It has been a week and half. My credit card was charged already. My concern is the campus year will be ending shortly and the issue will never be address.Business response

Thank you for reaching out regarding your experience with the Tide Dry Cleaners. Please know, as advanced as our technology is, not all stains are removable. The type of stain, how long it was on the item, and other factors impact the ability to remove a stain, but unfortunately, having been in the laundry and stain removal industry for many decades, we know that not all stains will come out.

11/19/2023 (Letter sent to Tide) I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the loss of my clothes that were entrusted to your store for cleaning at the **** Beechmont *** *********** ** *******n on September 26, 2023. I dropped off my clothes with the expectation that they would be handled with care and returned to me in the same condition. Unfortunately, upon retrieving my clothes, I was shocked to discover that they were nowhere to be found. I immediately brought this matter to the attention of the store manager, Dan H*******, who confirmed that my clothes had been misplaced during the cleaning process. He assured me that he would conduct a thorough investigation and provide me with an update as soon as possible. After several days, I received no further communication from Mr. Hamilton. I have made several attempts to contact him, but my calls have gone unanswered. I am deeply troubled by the loss of my clothes, as they hold significant sentimental value to me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency from your store. I kindly request that Tide Cleaners take immediate action to locate my lost clothes and return them to me. If this is not possible, I request full reimbursement for the value of the lost items, which I estimate to be $350.00. I have attached copies of my store receipt and a phone number to reach Mr. Hamilton for further clarification. I trust that Tide Cleaners will handle this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Used TIDE dry cleaning services through the locker service in my residential building. Item was lost and even though I could prove the cost of the lost item and it's value, they refused to refund me the entire amount. Value was $370 and I still have not received any reimbursement, I also haven't had a comforter for 2 weeks now.Business response

We did reach out to our Tide Dry Cleaning Team who advised the comforter was delivered to a locker within the promised delivery date, but the payment method was declined so locked pickup information was not provided. We did release the locker information on Friday but note, as of 10/24/23 there was still an outstanding balance. We hope you've resolved this in the meantime.

Dry Cleaning was dropped off on September 20. As of October 10 - the laundry is "misplaced". There are two suit jackets (one a part of a pant suit set) another is Custom and two high end button down shirts. I have called Tide Campus Laundry on multiple occasions. They are unable to locate it and refuse to give a timeline. Additionally, we spent $880 for clean and fold services. The truck is late, does not come for days and now this.Customer response

I went to tide cleaners at **** ** ******** ********* ** *****, after receiving my new pant from Amazon in the mail on 9-17-23. I paid $ 31.24 for my pant on the Amazon website, and I took them to this cleaners to be pressed only, on 9/26/23 at 4:27 pm. They were to come back on 9/27 by 6 pm, but when I went back they had not arrived. I have gone every day since that time and called, but no resolution. The manager, ***** on 9/29/23 requested a picture of my item, which I gave, and still no feedback. I requested my item to be returned without service immediately, and I am still waiting. If my pant is not found by next week, I want a full refund for the money I paid for this item via Amazon. I have not worn this garment, and I am extremely frustrated that it has not been returned.Business response

Tide Cleaners took my laundry and did not return it. It has been missing since June 22 and I can't get accurate updates on when (if?) my items will ever be returned. I am traveling so I need the items before I return home on July 19.Business response

This complaint concerns an independently owned Tide Dry Cleaners franchise. Unless it is a Tide Locker, all of the ones outside of the greater Cincinnati area are franchise owned.

I used Tide Cleaner’s locker pick up service to have my work uniform dry cleaned on 7/20. The order was placed through the app order #*********. The items were 3 work uniform shirts and one pair of pants to get picked up, dry cleaned and dropped back off at the residence as the service advertised. After the weekend passed and the estimated delivery date of July 24th also passed, I reached out to customer service to find my clothes had been delivered to an entirely different location. I attempted to call customer service, left a voice Mail and call back number on an answering machine and never received a response. I went to the location listed on the app to a different set of tide lockers and my clothes were also not in the location described. The following day I received an email from customer service saying that service would be discontinuing at my residence and that’s why it was delivered to a different address. This was not communicated to me at any point during the process via electronic or other means. Customer service also had a completely different locker listed that my clothes were left in than what the app said. After explaining the situation customer service said they would attempt to re deliver to my address. To the best of my knowledge that was done but I am an airline pilot and was gone on a work trip during this time. When I returned the lockers in my building along with presumably my clothes were completely removed. I have reached out several times and heard nothing from customer service. Attached is supporting evidence showing email communications and discrepancies in the pick up location as well. Due to the nature of my job my uniform is custom tailored and issued by ******** ********. It’s very important I get it returned or compensated for a complete replacement.Business response
