      They tired stealing money from me before I installed the device. Thankfully I didn't fall for it. Then they promised me a free month and no admin fee if I installed their decide. Only to tell me on the next call they have no record of a free month or free admin fee. A bunch of thieves

      Paid for 6 months of service which equals $777. After multiple changes in calibration fees and hidden charges I paid a total of $1k. Customer service is awful. You’ll spend more time waiting to talk to someone than you will actually talk to them. I highly recommend you use a different company.

      Calibration fees are determined by the shops themselves. You are welcome to go to a different shop that has a lower fee, and we can help with finding one if you contact our call center.

      Hidden fees without customer knowledge. They keep raising their shop fee without notice. And they also added a reporting fee to my monthly bill without any notice it was never on any older bills now it is hmmm why? And the office runs on an internet hotspot which makes download time forever. *************

      Shop fees are determined by the shop, not LifeSafer. We're happy to help find a shop near your with lower fees if you call our call center. The reporting fee was included in your initial monthly quote. It was on your first few invoices. If it didn't show up on some of the invoices, you simply got a break from the normal fees that month, as it should be charged every month.

      Actually the reporting fee just got added without my knowledge and the daily loss protection wasnt mention when i had it installed. And the shop should always let their clients know ahead of time when they raise the shop fee which i believe they just pocket that money!

      JUST awful. The people who answer the phones know NOTHING. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up. I keep trying to explain that my airways are obstructed and I cannot blow loudly and hum loudly for 5 straight seconds. If you try more than 5 times without being unable to do it, you get a violation. That has nothing to do with alcohol. I paid for a full pulmonary exam. They said that of it's approved, the device can be modified but that they will not erase any of the past violations resulting from my inability to blow and hum for 5 seconds. This is unfair and discriminatory against people with disabilities.

      Interlock companies have no authority to lower the breath settings or remove/reduce the interlock restriction. We are bound by state regulations, and this has been explained to Ms. ******* at length.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. Everything from the top down, the customer service, the hour and hours you wait to get ahold of them, the missed appointment fees- and how strict they are on their own vendors-HORRIBLE. I got my cases dismissed because I had no alcohol or drugs in my system and they still refuse to help me get this interlock out of my car.

      We apologize for the long wait times. Interlock companies are private companies and have no authority regarding getting your interlock removal approved. TX specifically is very strict and will not allow us to remove a device without explicit permission from the court or probation office. We reached out to Mr. ************ probation office on 8/13 and have still not gotten approval for removal. Our review manager also reached out to Mr. ********** by phone and email on 8/15, but have not heard back to assist further.

      I was told by the *** I have to have this on my vehicle for 6 months it's been 18 months now they keep continuing me telling me I violated I violated I violated but can't tell me or show me any ******* violations and well let me get it uninstalled

TX is one of the few states where it's illegal to remove only by your request and without authorization from the court or probation.       I did receive a call back from a supervisor but they are still demanding proof to have a fee reversed that it doesnt appear they are going to reverse. I have now spent hours and hours of my own time trying to get this money credited back to me for an appointment I rescheduled and after reviewing that this is standard practice on their end will most likely just try to find another company to work with. I cannot work with a company that will try to find ways to gauge me for fees that is theft. I am already paying so much money each month. This is not a valid fee. Plus their payment dinged my card for other fees since I didnt know they were taking it

      Watch out for double billing, they charged me for past due balances after my balance was $0.00. Then charged me for for missed appointments when I missed none. I called and told them they double billed me, all I was told was a ticket has been issued. After removal of the device, they just took the money from my debit card they thought they were owed, including the double charge on services. Paid them $200 more than I owed them. Never was I contacted before the final amount was charged to my debit card.

      Your account was never double-charged. You were past due by almost 2 months when you were charged for 55 days on 7/3. Since that service only caught you up to date plus one week, you had to get service again on 7/14 and were charged for another month at that monitoring service. We provided a missed appointment credit before collecting the remainder due to LifeSafer on 7/28.

      Since starting the interlock service from lifesafer I received a quote from 2 different representatives telling me the full price of payments. After being charged realized there were additional fees that were not disclosed with me. Now for the 3rd time I have been charged additional fees that I have to call and ask to be refunded waiting up to 5 business days to receive my money back. I am tired to constantly watch my bank account for additional non agreed charges and having to call multiple times a week to reach someone to talk to. This company is a scam taking advantage of people and not fully transparent with their pricing and hidden fees. I wish I could find help in getting these additional transactions to stop

      The extra fees were due to you reactivating autopay 3 days after it was due. It had to catch up on the past due days and add the current 14-day autopay.

      Autopay was always activated I never deactivated it I am still having problems with life safer not taking my payments out bi-weekly and have to manually make a payment and call to ask why it wasnt taken out of my account and still getting additional charges.

      Had a really bad experience with **** ***** and wanted to switch to LifeSafer. **** ***** uses old Drager devices that easily fault, even having air on will mess it up. I had a lot of violation charges in very little time spent thousands per month. Before I had the device installed in my vehicle a guy from LifeSafer called me asking me what went on with **** *****. He started talking condescending toward me accusing me of doing something to the device. Huge red flags. I should be able to drive sober to work and not have to worry about how many violations I'm going to have. We are your customers. Your supposed to protect us not take advantage of us.
