1 starZero stars in highly recommend not to use these people. They will tell you one price but once installed they will rob you blind and have you chasing behind your money. They are total rip offs and i will be looking for another provider who is honest especially behind my hard earned money!!!

After reaching out and finally getting someone to respond. This issue concerning my payments has been corrected. As far as the device it self, It is easy to use with out any issues.

1 starOn Thursday I blew and passed my device and the car didn't want to start, the next day it started, so I knew there was nothing wrong with the car, but it recorded a violation and was going to lock me out on Sunday. I had to call Lifesafer for a reset appointment and I assumed it was a malfunction since there is nothing wrong with my car. They agreed and told me I wasn't going to get charged for the reset and set an appointment on Saturday, all I had to do is pay for the labor fee. On Monday they charged me for the reset, so I called them back and asked them why did they LIE, and charge me, they said they would review and return my money within 24 to 48 hours. They never returned my money. I called them back and they explained that they were not refunding my money, I asked why? they said because the device was not reported as a malfunction. Then why the **** does the car start with no problems? This company are crooks they will take your money, NEVER service your vehicle with these SCAMMERS!LifeSafer

1 starThey reschedule your monthly appointment a week and a half early. The closest you can get to rescheduling it even is 3-4 days if youre lucky. Im not sure about anyone else but they make me pay 30 bucks cash on top of everything else for a "supervision fee" its clearly a scam.LifeSafer

1 starThis company is operates using exclusively unethical business practices. It is their INTENTION to lie, lie by omission, overcharge, and generally scam anyone who they beguile into signing their contract. Their equipment will damage your car. They will waste your time. They do everything in their power to enmesh you in fees and extend your contract. They are prey on their clients and pick our bones, indecently exploiting the position and leverage they are afforded by the state. They have replaced God with Greed and their heart is black and clogged with toxic sludge. Shame on Lifesafer. Your reckoning will come some day. Surrender to God and change your wicked ways. You will respond to this complaint by saying you follow the laws and work with what youre given.. but we all know you are scumbag predators. Youre the ones who have to live with yourselves. 1 starDO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY INVOLVED WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! There has been multiple times I have been double charged for "Service visits" one for the amount of $132 and the other $125 within a months time. The current statement I'm fighting right now is a double charge less than a day apart. I had a failed alternator in my car causing my battery to drain, me as a technician myself asked my service company if I could make the repairs myself and was told I could. Instead I got a lockout fee and another calibration fee from miscommunication between them and the shop. When complaint was sent I was sent a mechanical avidavit via email in which the shop never even knew they existed. The wait times are ridiculous. I suggest leaving your card OFF AUTO PAY so you can review the charges yourself. The billing charges are inconsistent, no explanation either. I asked a representative after waiting on hold for an hour and was told it'd be $250 early termination fee to ********* and a $150 removal fee to the shop and honestly I think it's gonna be money well spent.LifeSafer

That is false information. If I could attach screen shots I would. I sent multiple emails. I got ONE email back - asking me a question. Which would indicate I needed to answer. I did - and got no other email back. Please check your system again. Im actually still waiting for a call back from a supervisor because I got hung up on two different times since this original post.Review fromZ. I.

I know multiple other people who have been using ********** and it's cheaper, requires less calibration and doesn't charge you when the battery dies.Lifesafer will charge you $75 every time the battery dies because they say you "disconnected your device." Then they charge you $25 to recalibrate it. And the kicker is that the device is draining my battery if I leave the car sitting for 2 days. It's a scam and everyone refuses to help you. Working on getting court information so that I can go with ********** instead.LifeSafer

Thanks for your feedback, but all interlock companies charge for resets, even from power loss due to battery disconnections. You'll see reviews from ********** clients that their shops charge more than ours, our shop fees are capped, whereas theirs are not. 1 starI've been on the phone with lifesafer since10am this morning finally after 10 calls being hung up on 3 times and lied to did i get answers. I had my final download April 18th, come to find out lifesafer put an extension on me didnt notify the state nor myself of this, they said I refused a retest three times which never happened, they lied to me said the state put it on me and there enforcing the law, lies, state did no such thing then when I called them back at 230pm the lady ***** refused to put me through to the supervisor and also denied me my records there very unprofessional, they over charge with hidden fees and support faulty equipment!!!LifeSafer

1 starDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I strongly advise against using this service. My experience with the company has been very disappointing. Communication is difficult, and when I do manage to reach someone, I am left waiting for updates via email that often never arrive. This forces me to repeatedly call for follow-ups. Additionally, they tend to apply small, incremental charges that are easy to overlook. Several employees have informed me that I have been incorrectly billed, yet I have had to wait weeks for a response from the billing department.LifeSafer
