Avoid Joseph Chevrolet at all cost. They will ***** you over. They purchased a vehicle off me and said two to three to be paid. Well over a month and still waiting. I am posting on all social media and our company teams chat. Over 2,000 co-workers have read my review. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, go somewhere else. They will screw you over.

****************** is TERRIBLE. Took my 2012 equinox here because it was surging, after 2 days they Said it was fixed, said it needed a timing chain and a few other things and charged us almost $3500. so I went and picked it up & the next day the engine light came back on and it was surging again so I took it back to them. They then said it needed a torque converter, after weeks of having it they said the torque converter didnt fix the problem either. So after a couple more weeks they said they talked with GM And they suggested replacing the tcc valve. So after 40 days they said it was fixed once again, went and picked it up and its still not fixed!! Will not bother taking it back here. They dont have a clue what theyre doing. They never answer the phones and if they do they answer by saying SERVICE HOLD PLEA then answer after ***** minutes. ****** the service manager Is never available. ****** that answers the phones for service is soooo rude. **** is verrry rude and unprofessional, when we went to pick the car up he was outside smoking, leaned up against a car then threw his cigarette **** down. Not professional at all, this place ***** and thats an understatement!!! Dont waste your money or time here.
