      I hired them to get rid of the moles in my yard. They said they could and if I upgraded my service I could get a discount so I did. They also told me I could cancel at any time and when I tried they told me I was under contract. They set traps and said they would check them every week and they never did. The traps were tripped within a day and nobody ever came back to reset them. I called them when they missed there appointments and they told me they would be there the next day and nobody showed. This went on for several weeks. They said the moles were gone. I called and complained again because the moles were still tearing up my yard so they come back again to set traps and the process started all over again with them not doing what they promised me they were going to do. Check traps every week. One of the days I was home, I seen the gal get out of her pickup and walk around my house get back in her pickup and drive off. She didn’t touch or check anything. This company took $1000.00 from me and didn’t hold up to their end of the agreement. They refuse to give me my money back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY SAY THEY WERE GOING TO PROVIDE.

      Greenix stated a guaranty of rodent elimination if I continued what the previous owner of the property did. I continued service for 6 months only. Greenix tried to force me to keep the rat boxes after 6 months. I said ''no.'' Greenix refused to pick up the boxes and continued to harass me about payment above the 6 months. The mice are still present in the house proving the inafectiveness of the service. The sent billing to collections. I do not owe greenix because I quit service 6 months ago.

      I signed a contract and was informed that I would be able to cancel it without penalty. When I called to cancel, they refused and tacked on a $240 fee. Additionally, when I called, the accounts manager focused a lot on making sure I stay as opposed to letting me out of the contract.

      Neighborhood door to door solicitation. I was told it would be monthly applications x 4 applications. In December I noticed additional charges had been made from my account. I emailed them, no response. Then I got a hold of the phone # and called. Was told they do not respond to emails. I expressed my concerns, was told I had signed up for longer service. They emailed a contract that was completely unfamiliar and not what I had signed up for. It was a signature that was not mine. I cancelled the credit card they had continued to charge against. They continue to try to get me to pay them. I cancelled the service months ago.

      9-2023 When I started with the contract. !st time they came out & he was late. He sat in the truck out front for about an hour.The employee was upset someone quit. I had a problem with ants, & spiders, he treated for them. He didn't know what he was doing. I had to work with him. He asked me what I wanted him to do. A coupke days later we saw another spider in the basement & bathroom. The reason I got the exterminator was I got bit 5 times by a spider. I called they sent a different guy out. I have have had them out 4-6 times because we are still seeing them. I asked them "Are you feeding them?" I pay $564.00 for a year contract. The stuff they are using is not working. I have to tell them what to do. I have to ask them to spray outside. I have to ask them to spray the whole house. They wanted to come out & spray in the rain.!!! I have so many ants in my guest bath I can't use it & kitchen & ding room. My contract is up in Sept 2024 I want out of it & I do not want billed for the months remaining. I do not want anything coming out of my account automatically either. I called my bank & stopped it. I have not paid for March & am not going to because Greenix is not doing the exterminating correctly.

      I appreciate them agreeing to cancel the contract. 

      But I am also entitled to a full refund for the 3 months they did not provide the service. Nothing was done for my ant problem. I would like a full refund. I had better luck with ant bait.

      Email was sent on January, 2024 to cancel service going forward. Was billed for service today, March 28,2024. I expect reimbursement to my credit card since service was cancelled per email.

      I have used Greenix for pest control for a few years and did not have problems. Last October the service technician upsold me on having flea, tick, and mosquito treatment. He clearly stated two facts: 1. There is no harm to pets 2. If I did not want future services, regardless of the 12mth contract, I could call in and cancel a month of service. Today I had a second service and following the service the technician made a point to tell me not to allow animals into my yard for 2 hours and planted a "pesticides" sign in my yard. Clearly if this is the follow up to the treatment, it is not safe for animals to be in the yard. Counteracting point 1 above. I called HQ and spoke to an account manager and he said "there is potential for the product to cause rashes if animals are allergic". If that's a potential, then it's not completely safe for pets. Again, counteracting what the technician told me when I signed up. I told the account manager I did not want any future services because of this risk and he said there is a cancellation fee of $249. When I reminded him that the technician told me I could refuse future services, he told me I was under contract for monthly services and that I had to see out the contract or pay the cancellation. All of this to say, the technician clearly told me anything I wanted to hear to get the upsell that day. Each statement turned out to be the opposite from true. When kindly requesting Greenix terminate my contract, they refused. Regardless of what the contract states, when an agent of the company offers information, it should be honored. I want out of my contract with no penalty as there is no integrity or trust in this organization and I refuse to allow my pets in a yard filled with pesticides.

      I paid Greenix 500$ mid February 2024 to exterminate rats in my daughter's house. They promised that even though they are located out of a city over an hour away, they were frequently in the flint area and could be called to empty traps as needed by an experienced exterminator. Our exterminator has informed us she has NEVER done a rat extermination and she has been unable to come as needed to empty traps, which means we can't catch new rats. I called them to see how they were going to complete the extermination as we followed all.of her instructions and now the rats are stuck in the house with no way out. They basically said just wait and see and it's possible they may not be able to complete this service. I just want what they promised which was experienced and efficient extermination and I'd like it completed with no extra charge to me.

      I have tried reaching out to Greenix to cancel my subscription and they are threatening a $250 early termination penalty. I have no use for their service, and have not been satisfied with their service.
