I would never use this group again. The Plumbers showed up to resolve an issue with our washing machine filling are sink with water. They didn’t resolve the issue even made it worse. They were suppose to come back the next day. Didn’t show up. I called they didn’t have us on the schedule, I ask to speak with a manager I was told no one was available. They sure cashed my check quickly for the one time they did show up with nothing accomplished. I will never use Calhoun Plumbing again, and would suggest no one else use them.Review from Larry D

This company is used by *** **** ********. I had water leak at my indoor shutoff valve and they were sent out. After assessing the issue, I was informed that they didn’t have the required parts on their truck and would be back the next day. When it reached 10AM the following day and I had not received a call, I to see what time to expect them, they immediately got agitated and told me I wasn’t even on their schedule and it would be impossible for them to come. The phone representative was extreme rude during the conversation. After this experience and then reading other reviews for this company, I went back to ***, told them of my experience and lack of confidence that Calhoun could do the job timely and properly and requested a different vendor. If you need immediate assistance and want a professional experience, I would not use this company. IGS also called them and received the same discourteous reaction that I had.Review from Ellen G

I had a leak at the main water shut off leading to the water line. The worker arrived and did not have tool to shut off water from outside he called company and someone from company brought the tool. The job he did took less than 30 minutes. However I was charged for the time he spent waiting for someone to bring the tool. I dont think I should have been charged for that extra time spent waiting for the tool to s*** off the water. Not only that I was charged $47 for parts. A brand new valve does not cost that much. I feel I was unfairly charged.and overcharged for service I received.
