They're very rude. I honestly believe that they've raised my rent these past few times without the owners consent. I asked each time to speak with the owner and they won't give me her contact number. I asked for the increase to be in writing but the owner and they won't do it. They're charging $850 for a two bedroom in a bag neighborhood. They told me wife pretty much that they're not going to repair anything. I've read a lot of complaints about this company as well

Mr. ***** lives in a single family home and the rent is $750, not $850. He recently incurred an additional $100 per month for pet fees - for his two dogs that we were just made aware of. Any and all maintenance requests that we receive and handled right away and we currently have no open work orders for this property. If the tenant is experiencing any maintenance issues, we ask that he report it to the office immediately and we will send someone out to take care of it - like we always do. Additionally, and as required by our Management Agreement, any rent increase that is issued is always done through the direct approval of the property owner. Thank youReview from NaKesha A

Does nothing as a landlord, attempts to evict or intimidate people who are trying to live quiet lives, does not fix anything without rent being threatened. Money put into escrow and they threaten to evict if they aren't allowed to get it. Does not respond in any sort of timely manner (calls take a week, letters two or more weeks, emails take days). Disorganized at best, they are incapable of correctly connecting an individual to the correct person within their organization the first time making every step take longer. They then attempt to intimidate month to month renters into staying longer, or not getting back their deposit.
