They don’t maintain their vehicles properly and screw people over time and time again. I personally rented a van from them and when I showed up to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning it up and when I got in the car it had a check engine light. I told him about it and he drove it to his shop. His mechanic looked it over and said he had forgotten to clear the oil light from the oil change he did the night before. I get home and check the oil, as I am moderately experienced in auto mechanics and the oil hadn’t been changed for quite some time. It was low 2 quarts and black. I decided to let that go and carry on with the trip to Florida which went ok on the way down. On the way up disaster struck. We lost both rear tires on the highway and slid the car, but managed to get it to a local tire shop. When we got there the tire shop noticed that the rear alignment had not been done and the tires have not been rotated causing them to wear down and rupture. We called the owner and he told us we were responsible for the tires, even though it wasn’t our fault. We then had the shop write a detailed report on the vehicles condition. Once we had the report he paid for the tires, which was smart considering he put our lives at risk and we limped it back home. When we went to return the vehicle he didn’t show up, but had one of his sales managers take the car instead. The car was then rented out the next day through enterprise with the alignment and oil change still not done to my knowledge. This place should be shut down.

Was sold a car that the next day the check engine light came on in and they took to fix the problem still is not fixed check engine light is still on and was recently sent and noticed on a credit report from car fax that my car has frame/suspension damage that I was not told about before buying the car
