    I ordered 4 units. Tried 1 and it doesnt work as advertised. Glasses cleaners. I emailed them 2 times. I have called 2 times. I returned 3 unopened units for a refund per their website on 1/28/2025. Despite my emails and calls, no one has ever returned a call or email. Or refunded my money.

    I ordered from Carbonklean's website on 11-29-24 order #******. It was delivered December 6th and I noticed I received the wrong items, and the rubber part of the product was melted and defected. I tried to contact the seller with no response after several emails and phone calls. I returned the products on Dec 18 in its original condition with my invoice. It was received within the 30-day money back guarantee period on Dec 21st. I have yet to receive my refund. I have sent several messages from the website with no response. This business has no integrity with its false advertising. The owner of Carbonklean, ****** J. ****** received the product back, It is February 15, 2025, and I have yet to get my money refunded.

    September 12, 2024 I purchased peeps offered by CarbonKlean - the offer was buy 2 get 1 free for $39.98 plus tax of $2.80 for a total of $42.78.Sept 25, 2024 I emailed stating I wanted to return them because they were not working for me, and that I was aware of the 30 day return policy. I asked what the process was for returning for a refund. I received an automated response that stated someone would reply in ***** business hours.Oct 4, 2024 I had not heard back so I emailed again. On Oct 7 I received an email stating to watch a video for help using the product, and to "Please read our policy thoroughly to make sure that you qualify for the return of your product and understand that unless there is a manufacturer defect in your product which we will happily replace, we do not return a used product unless your order is within our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee."Oct 12 I replied that I'd watched the video but was still not happy and wanted a refund but that "I bought a package of 3 for $42.78. Obviously one is opened because I tried it out. I'd like to return the other two. I would expect 2/3 of my payment refunded - $28.52. Do I confirmation of that?"Oct 22 I hadn't heard so I emailed again asking for a reply.Nov 1 I shipped the items to CarbonKlean.Nov 21 I emailed that I had shipped the items back and included information that the shipper had attempted to deliver Nov 6 and would attempt the next day. I sent a couple additional emails to which no replies were given.I also called and left voicemails on 11/27, 12/3, 12/9, 1/30/2025, 2/4/2025.I also messaged twice on ************ shipping details show that the package was delivered to CarbonKlean December 17, 2024.

    Aug 13th: Purchased Peeps Eyeglass Cleaners from CarbonKlean.Aug 16th: Received package.Aug 31st: *************** asking to invoke the 30-day money back guarantee as the product did not work.Sept 5th: Received a reply with tips for using the product and links to ******* videos. Replied and said I'd like to move forward with the 30-day money back guarantee return.Sept 16th: Still had not received a reply, so I emailed again asking where to send the product back.Sept 23rd: Received a reply with more tips for using the product and the return policy that only unopened products may be returned. I replied and asked how I go about the 30-day money back guarantee process since some were open and I had reached out, originally, within that time period. Oct 14th: No reply. I called them and left a voice mail. I then emailed again asking how I can be sure the 30-day policy is respected instead of the standard return policy. Oct 15th: They replied and attached the standard return policy. I replied again, asking to honor the 30-day policy. Nov 18th: I decided just to mail everything back, using the returns address, and paid for the shipping cost with tracking. Nov 22nd: Tracking shows it arrived in ******, ***Nov 27th: Tracking shows return to sender.Dec 5th: Tracking shows it attempted to deliver again and was marked as delivered. Dec 14th: I received the package back as undeliverable.Dec 15th: I emailed them photos of the returned package, with address, asking them to confirm. Dec 24th: I emailed them again, asking how to get the package back for a return. Jan 28th: I called and left another voice mail.

    Ordered eyeglass cleaner sticks on 12/22/24 for $43.08 with 30 day guarantee full refund if not satisfied. Shipped product back on 12/30/24. **** tracking #********************** days product was shipped back to post office at companys request. Company is not responding to my return of their product. The 30 day guarantee for a full refund will expire on 1/22/25. I believe this company is a scam and takes your money and doesnt comply with their full refund guarantee policy.

    On 12/11/24 I placed an order with CarbonKlean for a Christmas gift via a LInk in the *************** A package containing the wrong item was received on 12/14/24. Since then I have sent multiple emails to the company and have received no response. I also called their customer service number ************** repeatedly only to receive a voice message saying **************** Are Not Available at the Moment". I was then instructed to leave a detailed message. Having left multiple messages over a 5 day period I have never received a call back or email from the company. I would like to have the company contact me in order to resolve the issue.

    ON FRIDAY, NOV 29, 7:31 AM, I ORDERED 3 SCREENKLEEN DEVICES WITH THE OFFER OF BUY 3 GET 2 FREE. ONE WAS DELIVERED AFTER I EMAILED THE COMPANY TO ASK WHERE MY ORDER WAS AS THEY CHARGED ****** IMMEDIATELY BUT DID NOT SHIP YET. ON DEC 6 I RECEIVED 1, NOT 5 AND SENT AN EMAIL ON DEC 7 TO LET THEM KNOW THAT ONLY ONE WAS RECEIVED. I REQUESTED EITHER THE REMAINING 4 OR CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT WITH NO ACTION AND NO RESPONSE. IT IS NOW DEC 13 AND I STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. THE DEVICE IS PATHETIC AND THE REVIEWS ABOUT IT ARE OBVIOUSLY A SERIES OF LIES. ITS A PIECE OF C*** AND DOESN'T DO ANYTHING THAT IT ADVERTISES.
