I sent a very rare ********* imperial jeweled perfume bottle to them in 2021. They will not reply to emails. They will not return telephone calls. Run from this business as fast as you can. It is a scam.Review from Margaret M

He seemed like a nice guy on the phone. I sent my sample piece to be copied and paid upfront. I received a few voicemails and emails saying it would be done next week, but it’s been a year and a half and I still don’t have my original item or the ones he was supposed to make for me.Review from James A

BE AWARE: If I could give a 0 no star I would. Called Marc for a replacement J style glass for my china cabinet. He said he could make it for a samll fortune so I agreed to his price and shipping and he took my card number and charged before even making the piece I needed. He said it would done in a week didn't happen. Gave me all kinds of excuses about he didn't have the package ready for UPS. that his heating device broke down excuse after excuse and now Ive been calling for a few weeks to see whats going on and he does not even answer the phone or return my messages. So now I have to figure out how to get reinburst from my credit card company and have a chat with the BBB. So please be aware of this company I found out the hard way and have no glass for my cabinet and out of pocket for the charges.Review from Julius H

I contracted the business on Jan 10, 2024 about an antique cut glass bowl that had broken over Christmas. On Jan 13th, Marc respond, via email, and say he could repair it but it would take 8 to 10 weeks. My check for $355 dollars was cashed on January 23, 2024. It is now May28th. and I have left numerous messages about my bowl. One of the times , Marc answered the phone and said my item was repaired and he would send it out to me. I have tried to remain hopeful about the return of the bowl I sent him because it was an heirloom from my mother's family. It cost me $88 to send it to Ohio from St. Louis and I have repeated asked Marc to return the bowl, repaired or not, and return my money and I would not pursue any additional action. Unbelievably dishonest! I sent a cranberry handblown glass goblet with a broken stem for repair. After months of emails and phone calls asking for an update, I received in the mail a DIFFERENT rose glass goblet that was similar but smaller with a differently designed stem and cup. I received no explanation of why the original was not repaired. Needless to say, the replacement goblet does not match my grandmother’s set. Very disappointing to say the least and infuriating to be ripped off like this.Review from Marcus K

Add my one-star review to the massive pile. Sent Marc an item for repair along with payment up front. He estimated 19 weeks to complete the repair. Seven months later, I have not received the item and Marc is not responding to phone calls or emails.Review from Joan F

I sent Zwarorsky Items to Bruening Glass for repair in June 2023. A bear, a seal and an oyster - all sentimental items to my family. Money was charged but no items were sent back repaired. What do I have to do to receive my items whether they are repaired or not? Any suggestions??Review from Scott R

This buisness does not respond to mailing back item. He has stated for six weeks he will send out end o f the week.it is never sent. The last call he said it was going that day. Have not got yet. I prepaid $ 350.00 six months a go.He said it would take 12 weeks Now 25 weeks. I have never heard of this insanity.Review from Jeannie H

This company is the worst company I have ever done business with. The owner is a liar and steals your expensive Waterford and other pieces. For over 7 yrs he has promised to repair and send back my $900 crystal bowl. Do your self a favor don’t utilize this service. He is a thief and will never repair or return Your glassware. He should be in jail for stealing our priceless heirloom estate items handed down from those who have passed on.
