    I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my loan account and to request immediate relief. I am disheartened by what I perceive to be predatory lending practices and am seeking a resolution to my current situation. On June 21, 2024, I made my first payment for a loan of $800 from WithU loans in a desperate situation. Since then, I have made biweekly payments of $154, amounting to a total of $924 in payments to date. Given this substantial repayment, I have fully repaid the principal amount plus the interest accrued. However, despite my significant payments, I was shocked to learn that I still owe the full $800 principal balance. This outcome feels incredibly unfair and exploitative, particularly given my current financial hardship. On September 3, 2024, I contacted their customer service to request that they waive my remaining balance due to the financial strain this loan has caused me with having a small child at home. Instead of receiving assistance, I was offered a deferral of my next payment, and to pay $55 every two weeks 9 times. That means I would pay over $1,700 on a $800 loan. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request that you waive the remaining balance: Considering that I have paid more than the original loan amount, I believe it is reasonable for the WithU to waive the $800 balance and close my account and I agree to never initiate a loan with this company again. I feel that I have been taken advantage of during a desperate time and am hopeful that WithU loans will reconsider its position and offer a fair resolution.

    On 04-29-24 I was in an emergency situation and requested $600, which was a serious mistake. This company is not serious at all. At no time do they show you the interest rate, nor how many installments you will have to pay off the loan, which to date they have debited me approximately $1060 at almost an interest rate of over 200%. Every week they take $66.20 from me and I am supposed to end up paying $1,720.56, which seems totally crazy to me and of course a scam without any notice. I no longer want to continue paying this, because I feel that these people are not going to stop taking money from my account. I would like help to close the account and settle the debt with what I have already paid them.

    I emailed this company on August 31, 2024 through their customer service email stating that I wished to withdraw my ACH consent. I have included this email as an attachment. I never heard back from them and the money was still withdrawn from my bank account which I know is illegal after I've already stated that I wanted to withdraw my consent. Today, September 5, 2024, I received an email from the customer service department stating that the money was still withdrawn because I did not contact them 2 business days prior to September 5, 2024 (the day the money would be withdrawn), however, as the email clearly shows, I made the request several days before the two day deadline. At this point, I feel like this company is breaking the law just to get money. They waited to the second the money was withdrawn from my account before the replied to the email which is really shady.

There has been no money added back into my account. Additionally, they offered me terms I rejected due to all of this. I have not heard back from them since I rejected their offer.

    In April 2024 I got a loan for $1,400. I recently lost my job and when I started looking into my loan, I noticed that even though I've made 9 payments on time, equalling $1,800. I owed over $1,200 still!!! I thought I was done with it this month, not that the loan is til the end of year and I'd end up paying them close to $5,000! My interest rate is almost 400%!!! So in the 5 months I've been paying, only $200 was subtracted from my initial amount owed. They said if I can't make the payment then they add on to my interest :(

    I borrowed $800 from WithU loans on February 29th, 2024. The interest rate was over the legal Oregon state APR of 36% which is predatory. Since then I have paid $531.30. I still owe almost exactly what I borrowed which is not fair or reasonable. I would like to find a reasonable solution to this issue.

    I was unaware of the extremely high interest rate of 500% and did not understand the implications at the time. I have made three payments of $223.66 on a $995 loan, and now the payoff is $1031. I was told that the loan is outside the jurisdiction of the USA and is being conducted under native American government business when I called on 8/30/24.

    I defaulted on this loan due to being in the process of filing bankruptcy. It has not been filed yet but it is in the process. My bankruptcy lawyer is working on it and told me not to make any more payments. Company still attempts to harass me with phone calls and voice mails. I have sent 3 emails to the company informing them to cease and desist they still continue to call and harass. I want them to stop all communications with me. debt will be discharged in bankruptcy. They are in FCRA violation

    I took out a $1300 loan, and after realizing I had already paid it off- after talking with multiple representatives, they have a 500% interest rate, and it doesn’t state it anywhere in the contract they sent over to me initially. I went from paying 1300 to now owing 6,000 due to me changing from biweekly to monthly. I went from paying $269 biweekly to $577 monthly.

    On August 29th, I received a $2,000 deposit into my 1st United Credit Union Checking Account under the label "DEPOSIT ACH WITHU ********** TYPE: CREDIT CO: WITHU **********". I did not authorize this deposit into my account nor have I heard of this company before. It seems that this company, WithU, has many complaints from your organization, including unauthorized loans and non-acquired loans being deposited into people's accounts.
