I can't even begin to say how wonderful this company is. Our salesman **** was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was patient and not once pushed us to make a purchase. He was fantastic!The gentlemen who came to put in our new shower were in one word awesomel They were polite, explained what they were doing every step of the way and cleaned up after they were done. They were a delight to have in the house to work on the bathroom.If you need work done, this is a great company to trust.

Statewide Remodel was outstanding on there promise and more.. I bill has been reduce by a 1/4 so far.. Folk stop by to admire our new windows all the time were outside.. The installers arrived by 7:39 am and didnt depart t till all windows were installed and clean up ..Thank you ***** *** **** *********** ***** Mission, Tx

I am writing to formally complain about my experience with Statewide Remodeling regarding the installation of windows in my home. Misled by **********'s referral, I believed Statewide was a reputable company. However, the installed windows are builders-grade, not comparable to ******* ** ******** as promised.These windows fail to block heat effectively, resulting in higher energy costs and discomfort. Additionally, they cannot be closed by anyone under 5'8", making them impractical and unsafe. Similar-quality windows are available for one-third to one-half the price I paid.I have not received the warranty certificate promised and have made multiple attempts to contact management, receiving no response. This lack of communication raises serious concerns about their customer service.Furthermore, *********************** claim of an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is misleading, as they referenced a different Statewide Remodeling page instead of the Oklahoma City ratings.Given my experience, I strongly advise against using Statewide Remodeling and urge caution with **********'s *********************** Their practices seem fraudulent, misrepresenting window quality and employing high-pressure sales tactics. I hope this complaint serves as a warning to others.Thank you for your attention.

As of other people on here I was impressed with the presentation and warranty that the saleswoman claimed they had. Was quoted 10k for three windows and a sliding patio door. She started dropping my signature into boxes and just telling me this is just the prices I just went over and just some lead paint info she completely failed to mention the part that I could cancel it in three days. I didnt know about it because she put my signature in there, not me. She also told me they come with a 50 year transferable warranty that theyll replace the windows and patio door free of charge no matter what happens to them. After reading everyones experiences and feeling like theyve already tried to ******* me I put in a $70 over night telegram for the cancellation of it all. Id rather lose $70 than lose $10k and deal with all the headaches. Also yall need to get with **** because theyre completely misleading people. They never mentioned my wife and I both needed to be there. I went along with the excuse she gave yalls office people because I felt bad she drove all the way from *** to ******. I shouldnt have I guess since she seemed visibly irritated that I didnt want to make a 10k purchase after 30 seconds of hearing about the price without discussing it with my wife.felt like being in a car dealership honestly. *************** said it would be no pressure that they would just come get measurements and give price. Didnt even mention they would need to come in and do a presentation.if ** already having this much regret and feelings of betrayal, I in good conscience, cant move forward with this company

This company charges exorbitant prices! I found 3 other companies that perform the same job at 1/2 the price. They are very pushy about their sales; want you to make a commitment immediately & don't let you think to make a decision. If they pre-charge anything they make it extremely difficult to get your money back; I'm still fighting them.

They put in the window in the wrong room was working with someone for months to correct the situation and now they wont answer my phone calls we paid more than ***** for 5 windows and did not replace the cracked window they said they would fix the aotuarion now ******** wont answer our calls

As excited as we were to do this project, the lack of response from our salesperson (***********************) and getting no updates on where we are with our windows. We ordered our 10+ custom windows replacements early July and were expected to receive a call in the week of Sept 2nd. After three weeks of multiple calls to *********** Statewide Care team, the salesperson, undelivered emails to their listed (******* sales Manager, Production Manager, etc)This is not keeping me very optimistic as our windows are custom-made. When they are branding the statewide ****************** our better than ******** Windows but lacking basic customer communication prior to installation it gives doubts about the project overall.It is ruining the excitement for, and confidence in, this project. **************************************************

The sellsmen over sell the services... good people, but was sold a complete floor replacement. Remove Toilet and vanity, toilet was removed vanity not,so flooring is cut out around the vanity. New vanity I bought to replace old one stands on 4 legs not like a cabinet.. so I'm not happy with the finish product

Following their splashy sales pitch, I signed a contract for window replacement services and gave them a deposit with the knowledge that I could send in a right to rescission and cancel within three days if I changed my mind. After getting bids from other companies, I canceled the contract within the allowed timeframe. I phoned the representative and told him about the cancellation and I requested a refund which had already been charged to my credit card. I had already mailed and emailed the cancellation forms. Three weeks passed with no refund. I called again and the representative hemmed and hawed about processing the refund. So not only was the bid for services ridiculously high, their customer service regarding refunds was borderline shady. I have started the process through my credit card company to have the charge refunded, but I shouldn't have had to do that. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
