    I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased from *** Glover in 2020, my check engine light came on, I scheduled to have my jeep diagnosed with *** Glover on Wednesday last week at noon. That is when I paid to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. **** in service has told me the diagnostic would be finished Friday, then it was Saturday then Monday possibly Tues, which is today. I have a sick elderly father and mother I cannot be without a vehicle. I need my diagnostic DONE NOW, so I may get reimbursed for my rental car as well as my yowing expenses. I give *** Glover dealership in ****** a 1 out of 10 stars.

    I had my battery checked at ******** and they told me it was a bad battery. I took my vehicle to Jim Glover Chevrolet off of ********* because thats where the battery was purchased and it was still under warranty. The service advisor that helped me was *******. I waited over three hours to get a battery replacement. Every hour I would check with ******* to see what was taking so long he said they had to test the battery for the warranty and after two hours sure enough he said it was a bad battery and it would only take 25 minutes to do the reinstall. Another hour pass by and finally the battery was replaced. As I left the dealership parking lot and turned the corner my battery light came on. I immediately turned around return to the service department to tell them what had happened. ******* stated yes, he noticed an oil leak and that the oil had gotten into the alternator I was livid. I told him so you knew this and allowed me to leave the dealership, knowing that I had a bad alternator. The service manager, ***** approached me and offered to let him make it right for me to keep my vehicle to see what was going on with it. I must say that ****** de-escalation skills were on point. Therefore, I allowed my vehicle for them to see the issue. To make long story short I was told I needed a new alternator and oil pressure switch cost around $1,300 offered me a $300 discount, paid $1,000 and still an oil leak! Brought it back they pressure washed underneath to get any residual oil. Still a leak, brought it back again it was there 2 days with nobody looking at it I called no response so I picked it up the next morning and ******* told me they hadnt had a chance to look at it! Two days later I received this text: Hi *******, The obvious oil leaks we now see are the crankshaft seal, front timing cover, and valve cover seals. The estimate to repair these leaks is $3375. We would have to clean up everything again and reevaluate. Thank You!How when it wasnt looked at?
