Hi my name is **** *** ****, on a website that I get by email my username for the website is user-**********. I have been getting emails from them since 01/31/2022, I just got a nother email from them tonight telling me to cash out now that I have 21min to cash out or I louse my $79,950.00 then I get blocked out of the site. I have cashed out of the site not 1 time not 2 times, not 3 times but 35 time tonight makes number 36. I was at $79,950.00 with all the cashing out and having to pay each time the amount of my money went down to to $35,990.00. Yes you see and hear that right my winnings went down that fare I want my money and I want it now and tonight or I want a check from the people at Bitcoin Bonus no later then Friday of this week I would like to see a check for me in my mailbox no later then WEDNESDAY of either $79,950.00 or of $35,990.00, minus the $65.00 for the fee there asking for. Or do they have a phone number that BBB can give me so I can also call them or go to there office. So BBB pleas help me out I'm asking for your help no one has a right to hold your money or my money hostage. On 10/23/2022 at 9:16pm. I purchased a transaction verification for 68.00 which was supposed to give me my 29,762.74 within 10 minutes of purchase broken down into 12,000.00 which would take 10 mins. When I made the purchase they then asked for another 57.04 which I didn't pay to them Ameila was who I spoke to regarding this transaction. The manager reached out to me today on Margret Kevin but her email says Michelle Nelson and said I had 11 hours to claim my money.Initial Complaint

On October 1st appellant received an email informing him that he had an outstanding black the I appellant had to collect...However I needed to pay 65.00 USD. I did I have attached the receipts..however I never got my commission.Initial Complaint

This occurred on 10/11/2022 I received an email from bitcoinbonus telling me i have an acount with them for over a year that has been mining bitcoin for me and that I need to log in to claim the funds and make a withdrawal. I paid $65.00 worth of bitcoin on 10/11/2022 to the wallet address they provided me with and then made 2 more payments of $80.00 & $55.00 of bitcoin in return they promised to exchange my bitcoin to USD and I would have to make 2 separate withdrawal due to the amount being high. The amount of bitcoin I exchanged with them comes out to ******. I would like to get my bitcoin earnings I accumulated and paid for the exchange fee they asked and don't want to pay for the express account to receive my funds.Initial Complaint

I received an email in an email that is rarely ever used from apple.anyhow, I received an email saying they were waiting for me to respond to my bitcoin and that its accumulated to my balance of ********* $.Which was considered ****** $ for the last 7 days on August15,2022. (The date I opened my apple email)So since I do invest in bitcoin and it wasnt in my spam it was directly to me on my apple account I clicked their link. It then found my user Id, gave me a password and had me logg in. So as its showing me days an days of calculations I go ahead and fill my info,including my full name, address,phone number in case it doesnt save my info..ok. Then it gets done tallying up the amount to ******. Something and says click whichever bitcoin you would like to transfer this bonus of bitcoins too.so I do. Then I download Coinbase.( had downloaded it in the past but havent had time to use it so I deleted it) anyhow I go back to the link after downloading Coinbase and it then tells me to send them a percentage of coins to them w my Id number as a reference and they will automatically fund this bonus of coins into Coinbase. So I do. After I do I get a email from them immediately saying they received my transaction and thank you and their bonus will be moved into my account that they received from. This happened on August 15,2022 ok and the email is addressed on August 9,2022. It is going on August 24,2022 and I never received any bonus and there is no where on this site to email them or call them. I went to google,looked them up and its a residential house. I am a little frustrated with it apparently being a scam because I paid them and they did nothing on their part. This needs to be flagged or someone needs to go to that address and see how many other people they have done this too. Help me please.Thank you
