    I just received the print picture of my dog. The picture is "ok", but the paper it was printed on was very thin and cheap. Edge of the picture was torn also. Was NOT worth the money *** I WOULD NOT recommend !!

    I am beyond furious with this company. This has been, hands down, the worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered in my life. My package was lost in transit, and instead of taking responsibility or even pretending to care, theyve forced me to chase them down over and over like its my job to fix their mess. Theyve ignored my emails, offered the same robotic response each timePlease wait 35 days for assistanceand then vanished again. Ive been through this useless loop multiple times now, and all they do is stall while I sit here empty-handed.And now? They have the audacity to tell me to wait again for tracking to update, even though Ive made it crystal clear that the package was lost by the post office! Are they even reading what Im saying?To make matters even more enraging, I dont even know if the item they supposedly sent is the one I orderedbecause Ive NEVER SEEN IT. No package, no product, no customer service number, no help, nothing but infuriating silence.I later found out this company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, which honestly feels generous based on my experience. Theyve ruined what was meant to be a deeply meaningful Fathers Day gift for my 71-year-old dad and a gift for my husband from our daughter.This company is shady, negligent, and completely heartless. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yourself the stress, the heartbreak, and the wasted moneyDO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

    Doesn't deserve 1 star!!!!! Said it was a trading card and it was a piece of paper. I could have made the exact thing at ********* for under $1.00 and they false advertise and charge $25.00 for a piece of paper with a picture. They should be ashamed of themself taking advantage of people. So now I have to spend more money on a picture frame and hope I find the right size because the dimensions of the paper aren't the same size of your standard picture frames.

    *********************! Do not use! I ordered an item and it was not delivered at to me at all! Over 20 emails to this company and they refuse to refund the $60. It seems they use AI generation to answer emails so you never get ahold of a person. Its a company from ******* that is using a shielded Canadian address. Complete scammers!

    BUYER BEWARE: No where does it state that this company is located in *****. I would have never ordered if I had known that. I placed an order for Mothers Day after seeing a post on FB and upon receiving the tracking, I see that its coming from ***** and who knows when I'll get it or what it will actually look like.

    My phone made a mistake with the shipping address. I have all the way they have to fix it and nothing is working! Tried several emails nothing! Now they are shipping to an address that I dont live at in a state I dont live because they are to lazy of a company to read emails!!!!

    Scam. I ordered a custom small magnet. Got shipping updates. Said it was delivered to my front door. It was not. I checked with neighbors and then emailed them. They sent me 3 pictures. 1. Was a very large package and not my house, second was a picture of the package with someones car door frame in shot (it was supposedly delivered by the post office) , then a picture of MY mailbox but the area at the bottom of mailbox was a much older picture they probably took of ****** earth. So given those 3 pictures they are clearly trying to scam people. I called my credit card and was refunded. Do NOT use this company.

    The item as received was not as pictured on the website and the quality of printing was poor in some places. Immediately I responded to an email that requested I report any concerns. Shipping was untimely and poor, though that appears to be more the fault of the carrier. Several exchanges later I concluded that my concerns would not be helpfully addressed and accepted that I had overpaid for a misleading and substandard product. I communicated that to Trending Custom as well, including an assurance that I will never be a customer again. Another email from them requested a review, which I entered. Most telling, and unsurprising, the review is nowhere to be found on their site. Trending Custom is not a company I would recommend to anyone.
