    Ordered indoor floor mat with my cat names and keep doors closed, cats planning escape. The mat looked exactly like the preview of my order but the poor quality makes it unusable. The mat is so thin the upright vacuum ***** it up and my irobot slides underneath it getting stuck. Additionally, the backing does not keep the mat in place making it a trip hazard. Its more like a banner to hand on the wall than a floor mat.

    Absolutely garbage company!! I order well before Christmas and even paid for priority on this. Its been two weeks since they said it shipped but its never left their facility!! Do not waste your money on this!!

    Dissapointwd. I miss the acrylic part. But I feel link these were made on a printer and I paid over 100 00 for a print. Now I gotta find frames 4 days before Christmas.

    An order was placed over a month ago, to be delivered early December. No order received. Reach out to get a 2nd tracking # from a different location. **** is still waiting for the item for shipment. Have over a dozen emails back & forth regarding with no resolve, only empty apologies. Last email sent 3 days ago & have not gotten a response back regarding where my order is, that they assured me was on its ********** couldn't understand why the tracking wasn't being updated.If it was possible for 0 stars, that is what they would get. Now I'm trying to get my money back for an item never received. I have NEVER heard of such BAD business. Definitely ****** learned. Do yourself a favor & don't ever order from this company. It's NOTHING but empty promises. Wish I would've read reviews prior to ordering.

    This company is the worst customer service company in my life time They lied about delivery time and then refused to change the delivery address so they could get to my family by Christmas Now they are telling me they lost my order You can only contact by email and two days to get a response.The chat takes you to faq does not answer any questions Might be a good company in normal items but can not deal with anything out of the norm The companies that are good customer service excellent in that arena

    Do not order from here! Like all the other scam online companies they say an item has shipped which didn't. I got am email 7 days ago saying my item has shipped but when I look at the tracking number, shows the label has printed but hasn't been recieved by ****. You contact them all they says it that the item has shipped which is bs on their part cause if it has shipped then **** would have recieved it already. Order from somewhere else not here.

    Giving one star is generous. I purchased a welcome mat that does not fit the dimensions provided and is so incredibly cheap and flimsy that my daughter wiped out on it. Customer service gave me a song and dance about their "rigorous" testing, which is a joke. My husband said it best when he said, "I might as well put down a couple layers of ************* other thing bothers me. Their website doesn't allow customers to leave reviews yet there are plenty on the site. It appears that they selectively post them.

    Ordered 'Grandma's Garden Birth Month' back in November. **** Was given **** tracking # that states that its 'not trackable' Emailed for update, no response. Just read all these reviews and feel like an idiot falling into another holiday gift trap. Would advise to NEVER order from this company. Oh and they billed me from *********, **. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges since nothing has been mailed to me.

    Thank you for taking out time to reach us and sorry for your lost, We regret to know youve experienced such an issue and hardship where you try and make some trade and option to do investment trading and you end up running into loses with companies guilty of embezzling and depriving investors of their money and profits sadly that how the trading world is now it what it turned into but there a way out and that by you getting to recover all your lost funds back, your profits included and probably charge them with a lawsuit for Illegal Embezzlement of funds.     Total misleading advertising for artificial flowers and ferns. Took forever to arrive and quality is terrible, cant even use. Cheap, bent, and nothing like the pictures they promoted. Stay away from them. I feel cheated and ripped off. They should be banned from advertising anywhere.
