1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. This firm is obviously an ultra low grade outfit. Look them up on "Investor.com" if you find that statement troubling. DO NOT do business with this firm or anyone associated with them. Guilt by association is a reality and these people will throw you under the nearest bus. This company is trying to take over $30,000 from me. Somehow they got into my stepdaughters student checking account but luckily there wasn’t enough in it to take anything. I have no idea what this is for. It says something about the year 2005. That is all. I pay all of my bills off monthly and had a perfect credit score. I just bought a house a few years ago. This is fraudulent and I am meeting with a lawyer. There is no excuse that my family has to be put through this. They keep sending writ of execution letters. If one cent is taken from me I will take action and sue everyone involved.

We regret to hear Ms. T******* is undergoing an unpleasant experience and that she believes our agency is the source behind the situation. We do not believe the consumer has the correct company as our agency has no current relationship with Ms. T*******. Furthermore, Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. is a third-party collection agency that services accounts on behalf of our clients. I received a medical bill collection on my credit report from an ER hospital I've never been to. Called the hospital and they had no proof of me being there, or the amount that was charged for this service. I then called the CommonWealth number and they knew my name right away and had all my information. I was very nice to them explaining I've never been to this hospital and I wanted this disputed. She said I had to do the research (which I did) and was very rude and stated "you've never been to an emergency department?". When I got a little defensive she threaten to hang up. Absolute scam they need to be shut down ASAP. Wish I could give 0 stars.Commonwealth Financial Systems, Incorporated Response
