Do not use these company. they are a scammer. had them out 3 times and didn't fix anything! They tried to scam my wife (shake down). told her need hot water heater and i agreed pay but they would not install tell pay them up front, she refused that day. then i called them back out and different mechanic show up and told me only need valve only (the original mechanic got fired for doing scam stuff). now few weeks later and water heater not working again. and i had to pay service fee for both times ( would not do the right thing even when they did the wrong thing). The other time was to fix shower in march and now 6 month later its leaking again and they would not return my call or answer phone so i called another company and replaced same components. i will be reporting them to bbb, not a good company to use. bewareReview from Gregory S

Came to house under a home warranty claim said they had to order part said they tried reaching out to my son and never did so they close the claim. Guaranteed the took payment for their service. From what I see on bbb site they have an F rating. That definitely explains a lotReview from Penny F

Poor communication with owner. Recently fired a plumber who suggested tear up bathroom to find leak when 2nd set plumbers returned said no leak except caulking on tub needs replaced. Never submitted reports just verbal from plumbers- refuse contact my insurance company even when told me they would- one week later nothingReview from Vesta M

Their techs were unprofessional, did not provide the appropriate PPE related to the job, and were unable to locate the leak. They left the property without resolving the issue, 5 large holes in the wall and ceiling, drywall dust throughout the 1st follow (cancerous material). I contacted my plumber and he was able to identify the issue within 5 mins and address it within another 15 mins.Review from Matthew W

Before Nussbaumer plumbers arrived to install a kitchen faucet, my garbage disposal worked fine. After they left, the garbage disposal would not turn on. After noticing the failure I called Nussbaumer's office and left a voicemail; my call was not returned. I called again 36 hours later and finally talked to a person, who connected me to the plumber who did the work. I described the problem and, after he could not identify a cause or solution over the phone, the plumber proceeded to deny all responsibility (arguing illogically that since the job was to install a faucet, therefore he could not possibly have disabled the garbage disposal unit that occupies most of the cramped space where he was working). He then suggested I was at fault, and advised me to initiate a claim with the home warranty company (which would cost me another $75).I subsequently discovered, on my own time, the problem. The hose for the on/off air switch had become disconnected from the garbage disposal plug, at the point of attachment to the plug. The plug goes into an outlet directly beneath the faucet attachment, and the plumber had necessarily disconnected the plug in order to access the faucet from below. During this process the air hose must have become disconnected from the plug, and was never re-attached.That's a simple enough mistake to make, and once I discovered the disconnection, it took half a second to fix. The problem is that it was Nussbaumer's mistake, and I was the one left to fix it. The problem is with Nussbaumer's denial of responsibility, their (incorrect) shifting of blame onto the customer, and their lack of interest in making things right. Nussbaumer Plumbing was dispatched to my home through my warranty company. I paid the service fee of $85.00. The problem was my Fill Valve wasn't working correctly. My toilet tried to flush and fill ONCE per hour. Nussbaumer Plumbing came to my home on Nov 14, 2023 to diagnose the issue, and determined indeed it was the fill valve. The technician adjusted the Fill Valve, however it made the situation WORSE. AFTER the technician made the adjustments, Instead of the toilet flush and fill ONCE per hour, the toilet tried to fill and flush every 10 minutes( Running up my water bill). I called Nussbaumer Plumbing on November 16, 2023 to see if they would send the technician back to RE-adjust the fill valve. I was told by the operator who answered the phone they will NOT send anyone back to RE-adjust the fill valve until the new parts arrived ( A $15.00 Part you can get from Lowes Home Improvement OR Home Depot). I asked to speak to the Manager and I was put on 'HOLD' and No One ever picked up the phone. I contacted the Warranty company and they received the same response. They (2-10.com) were put on HOLD and Nussbaumer Plumbing never picked up the phone. Ghosted us and would not return calls even after multiple reminders from the home warranty company. Home warranty would not let us use any other plumber under their policy. Meanwhile we had raw sewage backing up into our basement. Gave up on getting the home warranty or Nussbaumer to help with anything and went to another plumber.Nussbaumer Plumbing Response

Same problem as a previous review on 5/16/23. Nussbaumer does not follow up on fixing the problem. Still waiting on one single part for a toilet that weve been waiting on for almost 3 months. My wife and I have called numerous times with no one there to answer during regular business hours and no one calls back either. Also, my ******** called American Home Shield (AHS) to help rectify the problem with negative results as well. Why does AHS continue to send Nussbaumer to customers/clients homes taking their money on both sides. American Home Shield and Nussbaumer are both getting paid and the customer gets no satisfactory resolution to the problem. Now we are wondering if this could be classified as possible ELDER ABUSE since weve been waiting for so long. I have read countless complaints against Nussbaumer before I started to submit my claim and I see why we havent received any response. American Home Shield is aiding in the problem by continuing to refer their customer/clients to ********************. We are so upset and frustrated by all of this and its not fair to us or anyone else and we dont know what else to do. Not only are we out the $100.00 deductible but worst of all our toilet is still not fixed after almost THREE months of waiting for one single part. This isnt the only unresolved issue weve had with Nussbaumer Plumbing.We would not recommend AHS and especially not Nussbaumer to anyone.Nussbaumer Plumbing Response
