My Debit Card expired a week ago 11/30/2022, and I have yet to receive my replacement card. I called today, and the woman said it was shipped on November 25th, and that it was out of their hands and it is up to the Post Office when it will be delivered. Due to this, I have automatic payments that have bounced and have accrued late fees. I am also now probably going to have to cancel my vacation that I'm leaving for on Friday since I do not have my card or access to my money. Perhaps future card shipments should be overnighted via *** or ****** And I should not be stuck with bounced payments and late fees that I cannot pay until I get my card, and we don't know when that will be.Business Response

Iam PSECU account holder. Due to family health situation and the epidemic, I went back home to Egypt. I requested PSECU to send check with my available balance before closing the account. Since June 2022, I have been searching for banks to collect my check, however, PSECU is a local bank and there should be intermediate collecting bank to proceed the transaction. No bank accepts to collect the check. In August 2022, PSECU agreed to reopen the account provided that I mailed the original check and now in October 2022, PSECU representative changes the directions as no account to reopen and my check is useless. Now I cant access my money $3700Business Response

I contacted this bank to file a dispute. Some rude, unprofessional, disgusting attitude by the name of ******* which kept talking over me and had a nasty attitude. I asked to speak to her supervisor which clearly she was her cheerleader because she came on the line with an attitude like she wasn’t going to get one back. I’m not the one to be disrespected by anyone specially some employees whom without our business they wouldn’t have a job. They need to be reminded they work for us the account holders. I will be looking for another bank as this bank is disgusting and low class with those ghetto reps. This bank should be ashamed with the ppl they have working. I know about 75-100 clients that bank with this bank and I will be sharing my experience with them And all of the platforms on social media. Further more I’ll be reaching out to the news outlets and with my influences it will be in no time when this bank will be expose…Business Response

I purchased a 2022 ***** ***** * from the ***** Dealership in Nashville, TN. I gave the Dealer a pre approved auto draft (check) for the Pennsylvania Employees Credit Union (PSECU)for $49,000 on June 12. ***** did not send the required paperwork to and PSECU returned the check non payment to *****. I provided a copy of the signed Bill of Sale to PSECU and they reissued the the same check electronically on 6/15 to be deposited again. As of this date PSECU does not show the check has been deposited and cashed, however upon contacting ***** they have informed me on several occasions that the check was deposited on July 8 and cleared on July 9, 2022. ***** has released the title to the Tennessee DMV with Psecu listed s the lien holder. I have contacted ***** by phone, text and email on July 8, 13, 28, 29, 8/2, 8/4, 8/9. ***** told me I would receive a detailed text message from someone explains the car is fully funded. The text did not hav the senders name or title and the same person would not identify themself when I requested. I also spoke to PSECU via phone on these dates, last speaking to a Loan Manager Ashley. At this point my wife does not like the ***** we want to trade the car and have an opportunity to by another one in stock. PSECU will not refuses o release the Title so I can trade in the *****. ***** is adamant that the car is paid in full by PSECU or it would not have released the title. New motor vehicle stock is very limited and in most cases needs to be ordered, which can take several months and the interest rates continue to rise. Essentially PSECU wants to hold the title hostage. Desired Resolution PSECU release the car title so I can trade it. I suggested they add the loan to my account and hold the trade money until either ***** or the Bank determines who is at fault. PSECU refused my request. I also suggested to stop payment on the check since it has been over 30 days since ***** was paid electronically and again PSECU refused.Business Response

On 4/20/2022 I applied for for an extension of credit. PSECU sent me an adverse letter attempting to explain why I was denied but know valid reason was explained. I purchased a vehicle and had it financed through ******* ******* ****** *****. I then applied for PSECU to take over the loan. They did, and sent a check through the mail for the payoff amount of the truck. The check was never received by me (why they would not just send it to **** is beyond me). A month later, i was contacted by **** advising that I was late on payments. I advised them of the updated and told them I've been making payments with PSECU. PSECU issued a new check for the payoff amount, excluding late fees and interest accrued for their mistake. Now, I am out $300 and PSECU is refusing to correct the mistake which is costing me the $300.Business Response

On 5/10 at 1:29am my car was repoed by PSECU. I am not in arrears with payment. I have proof of me paying monthly. The car was in my boyfriends name who passed last May. I was planning to pay it off next month and have the title put in my name. I was NOT notified this was going to happen nor was the tow reported to the police department. I called the police thinking it was stolen. All towed vehicles must be reported to the police department per the Officer I spoke with. I don't even know where the car is.Business Response
