1 starIncredibly difficult to unsubscribe to their daily email. Error message pops up for the last few weeks, "Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact **************** at XXX-XXX-XXXX" This should be a simple point and click option and not a call to customer service.Review fromAmanda B

1 star3 weeks and still have not received 4 orders. called multiple times and they state it was a factory problem. last *** said it been shipped. current *** states its not. App states it has. no tracking order therfore cant cancel it. Do not ever buy from qvcReview fromKathryn G

1 starDouble billed without QVC acknowledging, refusal to stop double billing me March 7, ******************************** the past but customer service followed up to correct billing issues.Not so anymore!!!! Customer Satisfaction has broken down.I ordered bedding items, received 1/23/25.I returned 3 items on 1/23/2025, except one because the shipments were duplicated and 2 items were inferior.The returns were shipped back to QVC the same day!After several calls to customer service, billing has messed up my refunds.This week I finally received one refund. I'm getting billied for a set of sheets at $QtyQuantity: 1 $69.98 Standard Delivery$5.50 03/25/2025$20.57Pay Installment 04/25/2025$20.57Pay Installment QVC refused my second refund saying:The received dispute for the transaction dated 2/24/25 in the amount of $20.57 is not valid. After reviewing the documentation provided we show no effort was made by the customer to return the unwanted product or make the items available for pick up. Once the customer makes efforts with us we are entitled to a 15-day window to allow for the return to be received by us prior to dispute. The items from this transaction were not received back and are ineligible for a refund due to the aforementioned policy.I've sent them pictures with details from my QVC and my bank statement. 1 starBEWARE!!! I HAVE DONE BUSINESS AND HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH QVC FOR OVER 35 YRS.ONLY TO ONE DAY PLACE AN ORDER AND HAVE YOUR ORDERS CANCELLED. AND I HAVE BEEN BARRED FROM ORDERING ANYTHING!! SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY ONLY TO HAVE EXCUSES THROWN AT ME: 1. TOO MANY ACCTS CREATED ==(WHEN I DID NOT HAVE THE ACCT # WHEN CALLING IN THE REP. WOULD CREATE ANOTHER ONE. I DID NOT CREATED ANY ACCTS.!!!! 2. I WAS TOLD I WAS GIVEN A LETTER OF BAD BEHAVIOR==WHAT?? I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. NOTHING FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH!! 3. I WAS TOLD THEY CLOSED MY ACCT. BECAUSE I HAD TOO MANY RETURNS. WRONG!! COULD NOT BE. ANOTHER FALSEHOOD!! 1 starThis company uses it's 3rd party debt collectors called (***********************) to harass and scare people into paying FAKE DEBTS they don't and never had! I've never even heard of QVC until i recieved an email, on my OLD CHILDHOOD EMAIL(yahoo) that i haven't used for anything since i was a teenager! Im a middleaged woman now that uses ****** mail only for all business and social purposes for the past 3 decades!! On top of that they had my 1st name spelled incorrectly. Upon mentioning that in my complaint to the better business bureau, they miraculously changed my name spelling to match what i said in my 1st complaint. And during this response to my complaint, they have a whole FAKE ADDRESS for me! Because yeah when i fill out the boxes for shipping info im totally going to forget how to spell my own name, and forget where i live! It's clearly a SCAM, and upon reading HUNDREDS of reviews on both ******, reddit, AND the better business bureau, QVC, specifically their ********************** has the habit of creating FAKE ACCOUNTS and FAKE DEBT. They've ruined several people's lives and credit for debt they NEVER OWED. Upon following through with my complaint and providing evidence like wrong address and name spelling, all of a sudden my FAKE ACCOUNT and FAKE DEBT were wiped completely, and QVC had ZERO explanation for it, and doubled down on the fact that they plan to continue to use ******************. Today QVC told me my account has been wiped, but when i first called BEFORE contacting the better business bureau, they admitted to me not having ANY record of an account with them!! As of today it changed from no account existing in their QVC system, to yes i did have an account and it was miraculously cleared and wiped all debt gone. But just a week ago they sent ****************** after me for over $1,000 bucks!! DO NOT TRUST THESE RUTHLESS IMMORAL SCAMMERS!!!! 1 starOn 12/9/24 I received an email stating my order was delivered to my front door at 5:31 PM by UPS.there was no package. I called QVC to report the issue & was advised to follow up with UPS. I spoke w/Lauren from UPS, who said she had detailed notes & had already contacted the delivery driver. Initially, the driver claimed I should check my front door again. I told her I work from home, have a Ring camera & no one came to my door. Lauren said the driver said the package was in Amazon locker. we don’t have Amazon lockers. She told me to check the lockers near the gym. I explained to her that these are Luxor OneBoxes, not Amazon lockers, & deliveries require the driver to input information to generate a QR code or access code, which I never received. To appease her, I checked the boxes, but I could not access them without a code & there was no indication the package was placed there. Lauren then asked me to contact my property manager the next morning to open the lockers. The property manager confirmed they could not access them & advised me to follow up with the carrier. QVC assured me that I would receive a refund of $203.50 & that they would handle the issue w/ UPS.I reordered the item w/charge of $203.50. However, on 12/13/24QVC reversed their position, stating I would not receive a refund and that I must dispute the charges through my credit card company. This situation worsened when I discovered QVC canceled the new order. To make matters worse, QVC has closed my account entirely after I filed multiple complaints about their handling of this issue. QVC will continue charging my account monthly until they collect a total of $1,017.53, which includes the original order and the replacement that was never delivered. QVC’s reliance on UPS’s delivery notification, despite no signature or photographic proof of delivery, and their complete lack of accountability, is appalling. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company, but I will never shop with QVC again.Review fromShameka M

1 starNo stars if I could! I placed an order with them which was denied. Ive done business with them previously. My order was denied in 5 minutes after placing order. Money was held and not released in the same time frame that they denied my order. I called a *** advise that they dont have a supervisor! She stated she is her own supervisor. Called back today and asked for a supervisor and was connected to one who stated that money will be held for 7 days nothing on the site states this as a policy . 1 starOn 7/6/2024 I purchased a new pair of beats headphones from QVC for $370.95 (after tax). These headphones were being sold as a brand new item at full price. After a few months of use the screws on the sides fell out and the sides came loose and parts began falling off. I contacted qvc and they informed me that since it was outside of the 90 day return window I would need to check with the manufacturer (*****) on their warranty and what it covered. Upon submitting the service ticket and product serial number and info to ***** they informed me that these headphones were previously sold to someone else well over a year before I purchased them by ****** and they appear to be a used and possibly very poorly refurbished item. I contacted qvc who said they were sorry for the mixup but they refuse to do anything about their fraudulent sale to correct the issue. ***** has tried to work with me but their warranty cannot cover an item that has been refurbished with foreign parts. Im furious qvc lied and committed fraud by selling me garbage and refusing to do anything to make this right! What they have done is not ethical or legal and they should be ashamed! I will never purchase from qvc again.
