      Bought a ******** Phone recently. When I received it I was suspicious it had been used because the plastic on the screen was loose and ***** but thought it had just been loosened. The first issue was when I was trying to buy a cover for the phone, everything referenced that the model was from 2022! What?! Nowhere did the information say the phone was 2 years old and I paid $150+ for it. Since my old phone was fritzing I decided to move forward and keep this phone. Imagine my surprise today when I found group texts and pictures archived on the phone...and no...they were not mine! So yeah, QVC is selling items as new that have clearly been used and returned AND on electronics that are old...like 2 years old...they should absolutely have to disclose this. I will not be buying anything else from them.

      I received the treadmill on 02/06/2024, after I got it, I noticed that there was a warning sign on the treadmill that the equipment may contain Lead. I called QVC in February 2024, and told female rep about it, but nothing was done, she did offer to send me a label to return the equipment, but i had already destroyed the box. I even tried contacting the actual company, but the number will not allow me to leave a message. I like the machine and want to keep it, so i tried registering the machine on the company website, but the website will not allow me to submit it. Now I have misplaced the red key that starts the machine up, and I was told that i would need to purchase a key, which I should not have to because the machine is still under warranty. I don't know what kind of company this Ovicx is, they will not answer their phone. I mentioned to the Rep at QVC that I cannot believe they would do business with a company that you cannot contact. QVC need to do more research on these companies. I have never had any problems with purchases from qvc, this is the first. I called QVC today and spoke to a ******* which offer to have the Treadmill pick up, she said that i would need a box, I don't even know where to find a box for the treadmill nor do i have the dimensions. I would like an answer. My name is *****************************

      I own a retail card fro QVC and isn * I sought to go online for weeks and weeks I had to register again and yet although I have always pay qvc card they refuse to allow me to go online* I think this violates the ADA * They refuse to send a bill yet they will not allow me to pay online* I have technical issues due cataracts I can no afford to remove* and et I think this violated the Americans with Disabiltiiies to humiliate disabled folks

      I have been a customer for years never had a problem. The last 2 months I've been charged interest so what I owe is more than I pay and it never included in my balance so it keeps going up. I think this is fraud in a very ****** way. I'm very upset. I've called them and got no satisfaction. I would pay what I know I owe but nothing is clear.

      Trying to reach this company is a pain in the a** I placed an order for the treadmill on May 11 2024, after a number of emails I got the same generic response that my order was shipped. I recieved a tracking number. On June 14 2024 they said the treamill was delivered to the ***. I live in ****** and the shipping slip clearly states ******. I have tried over and over to get them to answer me, but my emails have gone unanswered. I had to convert my money to US funds so it ended up being $68.13. Would not reccomend this company to anyone. Trying to get answers is like pulling teeth. Oh and I should add that the treadmill was coming from *********, but the site said shipped from the ***. I dont know where to turn to now to get my credit refunded. Super ****** with them

      Something fishy is going on at QVC. They cancel your orders and withhold your money for however long your bank allows them to eithhold your pending authorization. In your payment being pending they can do whatever they like wjth your funds as long as they refund/reversed it by the end of the withholding period. I am reading that so many people have payments that are being with held by QVC. My last 2 orders by QVC were cancelled. Fake company.. Fake Credit Lines.. its a company barely hanging on by using peoples funds from payment withholding. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...

      I ordered a pool from QVC.COM, after I placed my order I realized they had my old address on there, within a minute of placing my order I changed my address online, I also called them to make sure it was changed, the representative told me the address was changed and there was nothing to worry about, remind you this was literally a minute after I placed the order, a few days later I get an email saying my order shipped, well it went to the wrong address, I called QVC and told them they said dont worry we will issue a refund, I wait days no refund, so I call back and the representative says well corporate said for me to file a dispute with my bank, what!! Well I file a dispute with my bank, then on June 21st I have another payment come out for ******!!! I was told there would be no more payments coming out, well they just plain out lied to me!! So I call to have them put my money back in my account, and the lady again says she cant help me I need to file a dispute with my bank, and that Julys payment will be coming out too and I need to file a dispute with my bank on that payment too, this is not right at all!!! I have been a customer with ********************** for decades, do not order from them they lie and are dishonest!!!

      I have been a customer of ********************** for over 30 years. I will no longer shop there not only do they charge you the return fee to ship an item you dont want which fine. they are also charging you the fee that they shipped it to you, so its costing you a minimum of $10 to to try an item. Not worth it when theres plenty of other places you could shop including Amazon, which sells the same things maybe a few dollars more but not $10 more. My Friends are no longer shopping at QVC. Shame on you, QVC

      Cancelled my account without any notice!!!!m Have been a QVC customer since prior to 2010. I have ordered many items and have also returned items. On air, they continually promote easy returns/exchanges. They are promoting false advertising. They want you to be happy but they don't honor return policy. I received a letter a few weeks ago citing the number of items I had returned. No where did it say my account could be closed. Spoke with customer service today and was told a letter of explanation was coming. Have not gotten it yet. I could understand an account being closed for delinquent or no payment, however I always pay more than minimum. People are being bamboozled and told lies. Items such as clothing must be seen, held and tried on to be satisfied. Their hosts stress this over and over. We want you to be happy. Today when I called to order, I could not make the purchase and was told my account was closed. ********************** should be investigated to see why they would do this without prior notification. I am Stunned...and will tell others to boycott qvc. Bad for business!

      I have been looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for awhile now. Been shopping on QVC. I found out today that they DO NOT like "excessive returns". They will cut your account off or make it so you cannot return the merchandise you purchased. I have a bunion on my right foot and have been having trouble finding shoes that don't hurt my foot. I feel this is very poor business practices for QVC. If you value your customers, you would want them to be happy. It shouldn't be about profits because your prices are higher than other companies.
