Purchased a sectional which was dropped off. The chaise portion was damaged and the delivery personnel left quickly before we noticed the damage. We called the store to have the chaise replaced. They sent some "material" to have someone come and fix it supposedly to "show room" condition. They said someone would contact (after a month of waiting). At this point we have heard nothing at all. We don't understand why they didn't just simply replace it in the first place if they stand by their warranty. We spent several thousand dollars in this store and are completely unhappy. We certainly will never shop there again and have told friends not to as well. We just want the chaise portion replaced. Totally unacceptable.Ashley HomeStore

Ordered a kitchen table from local store and had a pleasant experience. When it came to delivery, the table had footlong crack in the side and all the white chairs had black tar/faded paint everywhere. I had to take off work and lose money/time. Both are very important and they acted like nothing. I had a manager from the local store jump through hoops and get an asap delivery for me so my five children didnt have to eat on the floor because of getting rid of our previous table. On second delivery they cancelled the order because it didnt pass inspection. Seems like the biggest problems are at distribution centers!Ashley HomeStore

1 starin January I ordered 2 loveseats from Ashley one was in good condition the other was horrible.I called customer service while they were here to complain then I gave the phone to the service person whom did not speak English and on phone the lady told me that they could not take the bad one back so they left it, I have tried every thing to get them to take it back , the delivery was February 6, and now they tell me that it will be the end of March before they can repair it or maybe take it back, which is a problem because I planed a vacation in December for the end of March and first of April, so I will not be at home at that time.I will never buy from them again unless I can take it in hand right from the store I have never heard of a business run like this. this delivery was bad and we took pictures while the team was here and sent them to the customer service. I purchased all my furniture from Ashley Furniture in 2015. My mattress has a huge dip in it and I went to purchase another. I went on a Tuesday to test out new mattress at Ashleys and informed the salesman Ill be back on Friday due to I wanted to check around at other mattress stores. He informed me they have a 10 year warranty on mattresses. I said oh well I purchased my mattress in 2015 I should still have warranty, he said no you wouldnt because this warranty started 5 years ago. I went to another mattress store and told him about my mattress and he said I should have warranty. I informed him of what the salesperson said at Ashley he said hes lying to you. Well come to find out, he was lying to me just to get me to purchase a mattress from them. I called Ashley customer care and I have a 10 year warranty. ******** care wants to send a technician out in 2 weeks (2/5/24) to review the mattress, which I wasnt pleased about, but I accepted. ******** care send me a text message today saying they need to change it to 2/26/24 to send a technician out. Im so upset and no manager want to call me back.Ashley HomeStore

1 starI have never dealt with a more fraudulent company. I ordered a guest bed and was charged for this bed. On the day of delivery we were unable to get this bed into the room due to an odd layout in our home. I was told I would be issued a refund and instead I was charged for this item twice! When I reached out to customer service they said that since it's a pending charge I would have to wait 6 business days. I was also told that they are allowed to do this to "check for funds". Buyers please think twice before using this company so you do not end up in a situation like mine where you have $1562 pending against your account for a $781 item you never got.Review fromMonique S

1 starI will never buy from ashley furniture again. ******* who is a manager in the ********** ** location tell lies to get sales. I saw on the ashley website that a dining room server I wanted to buy was on back order for about 10 weeks. When I asked ******* about the server she immediately said what you see on the website don't apply to this store and if I purchase the server I will have it within 2 weeks. All lies everytime I would call her after the 2 weeks it was one lie or excuse after another. It has been over 10 weeks and I still don't have my server. I would ask for a refund but I have the table and chairs to match the server already. I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.Review fromStormie M

HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! We spend thousands on tons of new furniture. Our media center came and it was a diy setup. Delivery people left and when I opened one of the boxes everything in it was broken. Called the number and told the request to exchange it was denied. How do you deny exchanging something you delivered thats broken?? Then was told by a rude customer service rep that she had to place an order for every individual piece and wait until the factory gets them then they will send them and wont pick up the massive broken box. Also it could be WEEKS until we get it. The salesman and also the delivery guy told us we have up to 30 days to refuse anything and get refunded. The nasty customer service rep told me no refunds whatsoever. Nobody has their story straight. Even when its broken we cant be refunded?? Now we have to wait weeks?? THEN the rest of our order comes today outside of the delivery window so I was on a work call and the movers ran in and out so fast. When I went to look at the desk they delivered the legs were screwed on backwards, no hardware installed on the drawers, and the motor pump was never installed on the desk and has to be put on before the desk is even put together!!! Called customer support and told it will be 4 days until they can MAYBE get someone out to fix it. Called the *************** where we purchased everything from and they are no help with anything. Worst experience ever and will never order from them again. Buy elsewhere!!!Ashley HomeStore

I would truly give Ashleys a zero if I could. We bought a purple mattress that we liked when we sat on it, but with mattress you never know how you would like it until you sleep on it a couple days. We slept on it for three days and absolutely hated it. We called the company and they would not let us get a refund. Ive never heard of a company that doesnt let you get a refund for a product you dont like. Long story short we will never be buying from Ashleys again. The customer service and salesman was just horrible. They were not sorry or any help at all.Ashley HomeStore

I see that I am not the only one dissatisfied with the customer service that this company has. I bought a bed with two nightstands a month ago which arrived on the exact day I was informed it would arrive but the delivery people seemed to not give it any value because they damaged the bed along with the nightstands just by bringing them into the house. Afterwards I did not accept the product which they did not take since I had to inform consumer services, they again took the bed but they did not take the nightstands and again the bed was beaten. Since then I filed the complaint, they told me to solve it without giving me dates or other information. Two weeks passed, the bed is still new, I don't even use it. I filed a complaint why I no longer want this product and you tell me that I accepted it and signed it. And that's how I signed because the delivery drivers need a signature because they didn't want to take what I didn't accept until they would send them back to pick it up SINCE THE AHSLEY COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN DELIVERY GUYS THEY HIRE DELIVERY GUYS from other companies and to this day I continue Without being able to do anything it is a shame to have to give them a star
