    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid for product July 1st and now it is August 11 and they will not deliver. They say it is heat related each time but ******* is always warm in summer. They keeps saying they follow up but it takes a phone call to get an email but they take your money right away. Awful experience! A supervisor even guaranteed it would definitely go out but if didn't and they tried to cover that up. Delays are bad enough without lies.

    One of the absolute worst purchase and customer service experiences of all time. I bought 5 trees, 2 of which died almost instantly & 2 more dying. I sent an email requesting help for how to save the 2 dying and replace the 2 dead with pictures and nobody answered me. I sent another email over 3 weeks later and they responded by asking for a scratch test and further pictures. In the meantime I still had to ask again for help to save the trees that werent dead as the pictures and scratch test were meant for getting replacements. I finally got an answer with some help almost 2 further weeks later of back and fourth. In the meantime all 4 trees had fully died and they went out of stock at the store, so instead of replacing they gave an in store credit and only for 3 of the 4 dead trees. I asked for a full refund for these 4 dead trees since they died due to lack of prompt response and also due to this lack of response they went out of stock in the meantime and couldnt replace them to match the 1 tree that did survive (but looks pitiful). They refused to give a refund which I think is entirely wrong given the above mentioned circumstances. In addition to this 2 month long arduous process of trying to get any help, dealing with rude dismissive employee after employee, they then tried to say they did respond when said response doesnt exist. Remarkable unprofessionalism. After 2 months of arguing for what was just, I gave up and will never shop here again and hope nobody else does either.

    Theres ZERO sincerity with anything from ***. ******* called to resolve my issue I reported on the BBB. When I called back she was out and when she called me back she pretended my voicemail was full! If this behavior of lies and total ring around wasnt so abhorrent it would be laughable at this point. Then through email instead of calling me back she offered tree care assistance, when the trees of question are all DEAD and have been for a month now, as mentioned many times. Then further made up excuses and all leading to absolutely no further help whatsoever to which I had to ask why did you even call me? This clearly was a facade to make it look like they tried to respond to my BBB report. I truly hope everyone thinks long and hard before purchasing from this company because if anything goes wrong with the plants, which seems to often be the case, youre SOL. What a ridiculous waste of time and money.

    Be careful to do business with this company, they dont respect their warranty. I bought a musgokee crepe ****** tree from them, but they sent me a tree with white flowers, so I emailed them about it, but they never did anything but gave strange excuses like the flowers will change colors in the future.

    ***** ****** trees rely on full sunlight to develop the pigment in their flowers. If your tree decides to bloom on a cloudy day, the color might appear faded or entirely white due to unpredictable weather conditions. No need to worry, though! This is a temporary change, and your tree will likely even out in color over time. While we can't suggest any interventions to alter the color of already open flowers, ***** ****** trees, with their repetitive blooming habit, often correct the color during the growing season.

    Packaging and shipping is terrible.If you try to invoke the one year guarantee, you are directed to a page that explains how it is probably your fault or you are not patient enough.Paid the price premium to get ~ four foot growing ************************ year later, three of four trees had died back to ground level (most likely due to packaging). They DID resprout from the root ball, but, I could have purchased bare root stock or potted from a big box store. In about 2 - 3 years the trees will grow back to the size I paid extra for in May 2024.

    I ordered 8 Dakota Pinnacle Birch trees. They all arrived well packaged and healthy however one had a damaged box and a break in it's leader. I emailed a couple pics and they replaced it right away for me. Great service and my trees are thriving!

    Placed and paid for an order in early June and was given a timeline of about 2 weeks for it to be fulfilled, but never received the product. Every attempt to make contact with customer service and find an explanation or a timeline is met with a half-hearted apology and being told that the ship date has got moved back yet again.

    I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered these 3-gallon hydrangeas and they were so expensive. When I opened the box, the first thing I thought was, The 3-gallon ones at ***** are way bigger. Do they even use the same measurements? I feel like an idiot for falling for this. The hydrangea I planted from the supermarket is bigger than this so-called 3-gallon one from the company.

    This is the worst tree or plant growing company out there. Their trees and plants are c*** They do not grow. And one of my raspberries died and they would not send me a new raspberry to replace it. They kept wanting more and more pictures of it. They kept saying they would have to see what else could be done to save it. It was clear from the pictures it was dead. It had dead leaves and a black stem. Then I tried to delete my online account. There is no place to delete my account and I emailed them to ask them to delete it and they never returned my email. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
