    I should have come here and read reviews because its seems like this company sends people overpriced dead plants with poor customer service. Was sent a nearly dead wine and rose ****, followed the instructions and cares for the plant. Reached out after a few weeks and reassured the plant still alive despite sending pictures. Plant became even worse and they refuse to help unless I spend more money on a warranty. Its been 2 months since initial purchase and they have a 5 day window. They just reassure people the plant will be ok until its too late and out of the return policy, which you still have to pay shipping They have no guarantee for their plants health and just want to scam people for their over priced plants. Fixing an issue shouldnt require spending more money. Buyer beware, they are an overpriced scam.

    We are so sorry your Weigela did not make it. We do cover our plants under a 30 day guarantee. Unfortunately once shipped and transplanted into their new home, we can not guarantee for the growing condition of the plants so we do offer an optional one year warranty that can be added to the order. We have issued a replacement for the plant that did not make it and covered the shipping cost. Your new Wigelia is also covered under your one year warranty as well.
