Archers is the worst auto garage in the area. They said my vehicle was ready to be picked up and found they did not reassemble the fender moldings correctly. And then told we will just use double side tape to fix the issue. Then noticed as well scratches on molding piece in attempting to remove it. They don't return phone calls. These guys are as shady as can be. Basically got the money paid and couldn't care less about the outcome. There is a reason 93% of customers rate them as dishonest and shotty workmanship. Believe me I will never nor refer this garage to anyone. Infact just the opposite. The owner and his henchmen are everything you hear about bad auto garages. Go anywhere but here. I even have pics how my vehicle looked prior to them working on it. Stay Away from archers. I would have given them a 0 out of 5 if I could have.Review from Erik C

I had the ac compressor replaced on my car by them and I had the car up there multiple times after it was done (8-10) and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it, and kept trying to charge me (actually did once), after taking it to a different mechanic I find out that they tried to modify (cut)the plug on the compressor(have the part to prove it) to make it fit but was a failed attempt and just tried to force it in and every time I was driving it would go in and out bc it was not making good contact and they said they replaced the ac compressor bc they thought it was bad, if they did this They would have seen the plug did not fit, they kept telling me that it was different things and all they could do was guess what the problem was instead of fixing the problem and on top of all this **** (owners son) said his best *************** was the one working on it after it was brought up there several times, one of there mechanic actually seen it had no AC and he said the compressor was kicking on even though it was not, that is just to show you that they had no idea, I would also like to add one day I went and picked up my car when they had it done and I still had parts sitting in my car on my seats with dirt and grease on them that they forgot to put back on, I was very patient with **** and ****, but enough was enoughReview from Rebecca B

I do not recommend this place to get your car serviced. I needed my radio fixed because it wouldn't shut off while driving. Just getting them to understand that was a major feat! In the end, they just found an alternate way for me to turn it off each time I start the car. I asked to have an oil change. I noticed when they were finished (both issues took a day and a half), that the oil change sticker was not on the car. When asked about it, it was determined that the oil change had never been done! In the end, I got a whopping $25 refund. Should have gotten the oil change for free. I was told that it's rare that they even do refunds, as though they were doing me a favor for their mistake.

*******- It was a bit confusing trying to understand the specific issue you were having with the radio on your Mini Cooper. I realize we went back and forth a few times, as we genuinely tried to understand and 'fix' your problem. Ultimately we had to simply Google search your concern and explain to you how your radio works. In the midst of sorting this out, there was a miscommunication between employees regarding the oil change. The problem has been addressed internally and we sincerely apologized multiple times! It was an honest mistake that we addressed promptly for you. You insisted that we should give you a $125 oil change for free, which unfortunately is not a realistic expectation. It's concerning that you would take the time to leave this review, yet couldn't be bothered to open your manual or Google how your radio system works.
