      I placed an order on June 22, 2022 Order# ******* for $63.98 which included a Large t-shirt that says "That don't impress me much" & another large t-shirt that says "Hotter than a Hoochie-Coochie. They said their processing time was 14-21 business days. On July 19th, I reached out to check in on my order, they emailed back on July 22nd, and they responded stating they have a 14-21 business day turnaround time. On August 13th, I reached out to check on the order I still hadn't received. On August 15th, they said, "Your order has not been missed. We apologize for the delay in production from our vendor. They are having a supply shortage. We are waiting for our vendor to give us an update.." etc. Sept. 20th, I reached out, again, asking for their vendor update. Sept. 23rd they said, "Still working on an update... We have alternative options. 1. Refund or 2. Store credit for another product". I replied on Sept. 27th asking for a list of IN-STOCK items that could be shipped immediately. Then I checked back in on Oct. 3rd as I hadn't heard anything, Oct. 6th they sent me a list of options. I responded the same day just asking for a refund. Oct. 8th, I asked again for a refund as I hadn't heard anything. Oct. 11th they said "yes, I will request it now. We will update you once it is processed." I responded saying thank you. Oct. 25th, I reached out asking if my refund had been processed. They responded the same day saying "our site w/ backend info was down. We will notify you immediately & issue your refund ASAP when we are able to." Nov. 17th, I reached out because I still had no update, no shirts, & no refund. Nov. 22nd, they responded stating, "Our website & platform with ALL backend info has been down for an extensive update & maintenance. I halted all store credits/refunds. We are working to resolve the issue." The same day I asked when I should expect a refund, no response. Dec. 2nd, I checked in again, no response. Dec. 9th, checked in again, no response as of 12/12

      I made a purchase through Southern Grit’s website on June 30th of 2022 for $48.52 on two tee shirts (ORDER *******). As of December 11th I still have not received a refund or any product from the business. I have emailed numerous times and all I receive back is excuses. At first I was emailing just to make sure they still had my order in the queue and Kelsey assured me they did. She said the kid time was a bit longer on tees as they are custom made. I follow up again a few weeks later and she offered different tees that weren’t custom order store credit. I said my original tees. Two months since ordered I follow up again. She says there’s still delays. Next follow up i say okay fine just give me a list of tees you have available. She never does and never replies. Coke september she finally says she will give me a refund. And then I never hear back. I start a new email chain end of October just in case my other emails were going to spam like she says before. Now she says they are having issues with their system so she can’t process a refund. Last update was end of November where she says they can now process refunds again. I respond with wanting a time frame and I never hear back. Anyhow emails are attached but this has been going on for almost six months and I’ve been nice the entire time. I just want my money back.

      I placed an order on August 21st. I have yet to receive the order and it is well passed their expected time. They now are not responding to my request for a refund and are deleting comments about it on Facebook.

      I ordered 2 shirts August 6, I dos admit I didn't read their t-shirt policy from the beginning. However, after assuring me I would get my product after the rime frame of making the shirts, I never got them. I reached out to them again, they replied that they would now offer a refund or store credit. After it taking so long to even make a shirt I didn't want to risk waiting 2 more months. I opted for a refund. I asked if they needed anything from me, gave them 8 to 10 business days before reaching out again. I received an email from the owner after not receiving a response or refund. It is now 12 pm. on Monday 11/7 and I have yet to receive notice of any refund.

      I ordered a couple months ago and never received my merchandise. I have contacted them asking them for a refund and they refuse to answer my emails.

      On May 25, 2022, I ordered a tshirt from Southern Grit for a total of $36.69. On July 24, 2022, I reached out to Southern Grit by email asking for a full refund because I still had not received my item. I did not receive an answer, so I followed up again by email on July 30, 2022. On August 1, 2022, Kelsey C*** from Southern Grit told me she would process the refund and notify me when it was processed. I never received a notification from them or the money in my bank. On August 12, 2022, I received an automated message from Southern Grit asking customers to donate to “save their business” because they couldn’t afford to keep their website up. On August 13, 2022, I received a follow up automated email telling customers the website is back up. I just want my refund back. I understand they are a small business but not providing a refund for a product ordered 3 months ago is unacceptable.

      I placed an order on June 16th for 4 graphic tshirts. The website advertised 14-21 business days for production. Well over 21 business days later I still have not received my order. There has been no tracking provided. After emailing several times I am getting nothing but a run around. They are refusing to give a refund and blame the delays on material shortages. However, they are now asking for basically a go fund me to help them because they are going under and apparently can’t afford to run their business. They are asking people to donate to them to save their business but will not provide me order or give me a refund. It was over $100 for the order total. They refuse to respond to emails and won’t give me any answers.
