      I'm thinking that someone has hacked into the files at this particular location. And this person goes by "******" who, in the past, has flooded my friend's email inbox with what appears to be scams. The reason I say "hacked" is because (1) .. no previous records can be found; and (2) .. it is only at this location in Tennessee where previously, there were no problems. The issues I see are mostly about taxes paid to the ***. Could there be a hacker within the ***? Or is it simply when previous payments records are deleted, it deletes at the *** as well, through linking. These are my questions right now. And this is ALL TOO ALARMING!! Federal crimes and government scams are all too serious AND dangerous, in my opinion. It's hard to believe that no one looked into this immediately. The damages here are over the Top. I'm so sorry for what everyone has been put through and still going through . . . I will do some digging and try to get some information out there.

      These people are thieves! They refuse to even remove my credit/debit card from their system even after they claimed to have deactivated my account AT MY REQUEST because a customer is unable to do so themselves!!

      They charged me 5 times for the same payment, and have not responded nor refunded me when I explained the error.

      I am now satisfied that this company has paid the amount I owed to the IRS for my 2023 return; everything got complicated because of the way I filed and miscommunicated with the IRS about how payment was going to be made. After numerous letters back & forth with the IRS, and my bank stopping payment when they tried to take the full amount out of my account (YES! MY BANK DID THAT FOR ME!) things are now straightened out ... took a few months, but FINALLY reached an IRS employee who directed me to a full transcript of the entire process (the IRS online site was the worst!)

      PayTaxUsa is in fact a scam. Please don't use this service to pay outstanding balances on taxes, just don't use it at all. I owed on my taxes this year and in big bold letters on the IRS website was "pay your taxes here!" It sent me to PayTaxUsa. I filled everything out and sent my payment through April 24th, 2024 thinking nothing of it as it's on a government website. I've contacted them endlessly as I'm receiving countless letters from the IRS stating they never received my payment. I've received no response and it's been months. Calling the customer service hotline leads to being on hold for hours then getting hung up on. Before that someone will answer and say they need to transfer you. I was on hold for hours just to hear the line click. Emails remain unanswered, just please don't be like me. This company is awful.

      I’ve messaged every news outlet about this scam on the IRS website that the IRS is doing nothing about. The first electronic payment option is payusatax.com this site takes your payment but doesn’t pay your tax bill. The IRS knows all about payusatax.com and says it’s not their problem even though they are approved and promoted on the IRS website. I’ve sent this complaint to the FBI too.

      This is the parent company of Value Payment Systems which runs childsupportbillpay.com. Their portal has functional issues which requires you to delete a schedule and recreate in order to update things like your address or CC expiration. Doing so resulted in a duplicate payment. Several calls to various Catalis numbers resulted in playing phone tag and being told to call my state. The websites also conveniently have internal failures when trying to use the contact us forms. Following up with my state, they can't reimburse me either for the duplicate payments and everyones hands are tied in the process. As a consumer I'm stuck.

      I filed an issue with PayUSATax.com customer service online for not being able to pay taxes using ******. They never got back to me. So I called the customer service number and they kept me on wait in line for over 60 min and then said our hours of operation are over and disconnected the call. I am not sure how they are staying in business with IRS (maybe a collusion) and if they actually do any work. Call started with saying heavy call volume, which makes me feel that their quality of service and online platform is bad to begin with, leading to many phone calls. It would be zero stars if BBB didn't force me to select a star.

      Horrible company I disputed my credit cards n filed a complaint to bbb it’s fraud irs had no record no I am not playing anymore it’s wrong I’ve called n emailed nothing

      Just wanted to say thank you to all the people below who submitted a complaint through the BBB - I too assumed that payusatax.com was legitimate and entered my debit card info into the site recently to pay $5k that I owe to the IRS. I was in a panic reading the reviews the next morning but was able to speak with my bank and get that debit card # canceled so you all are lifesavers! :) So sorry to hear about all of your issues though, I don't understand how this business can continue to operate with so many people getting scammed out of their tax money :(
