      I my name ************** live in jersey city I made 4 payments to jersey city tax
      Colector through Value Payments on line using my local Bank, 4 payments totaling $1,078.86 cents, they say they don't have the payments, but my bank send the payments the same way for more than 2 years, nothing new, and they can't even look with the transaction number, that's not good. That's my complaint.

      I am a CPA and PayUSATax is a known scam plaguing our citizens and taxpayers, including myself. I made an estimated tax payment in November of 2021 that has yet to be posted to my IRS account. I have no recourse to getting these funds back.

      I have submitted a complaint twice now to********************* (The FBI's internet crime complaint center).

      PayUSATax continues to be a recommended payment processor for IRS.gov and need to be taken down immediately.

      I plan to reach out to the Tennessee Secretary of State, local news channels, and any other meaningful channels to bring light and justice to this horrible situation.

      Actually ZERO stars. Paid 2021 Fed Taxes on April 16, 2022 through this vendor through ******. Have a receipt with invoice number. Received an IRS letter dated 6/1/22 that I owe my taxes ($3822) and now I have penalties and interest. Have emailed the vendor multiple times with no response. Have tried calling daily and on hold for 1-2 hours then cut off. Have filed a dispute case with ******. I've used this vendor twice before without an issue, but this time, it's bad, bad, bad.

      This an update to my earlier post. I paid my Federal taxes ($3822) through PayUSATax as it was promoted on ******. All went well until I received a notice from the IRS that my taxes weren't paid and I owed the full amount plus interest and penalties. I tried calling (emails were ignored) PayUSATax everyday for nearly a month. On hold for 2 hours each time and then cutoff. I finally got through on Friday and after another 30 minutes on hold they said that my SS# was incorrect. They entered my SS# wrong! They gave me a reference number and a Wrong Identifier Number (which was what they submitted to the Feds but the number had all my numbers in my SS# but in the wrong order. They said I had to call the IRS and give them the reference number and the Wrong Identifier #. After numerous times in trying to call the IRS (their call volume was so high, they weren't accepting calls). But I kept trying and yesterday after 3-1/2 hours on hold, I got through. I bounced around by IRS help and finally got someone who, at first, said he couldn't help me. I insisted he talk to a supervisor and after another 30 minutes on hold, they saw that I paid but it went to a wrong SS# (the Wrong Identifier Number). They reversed the payment to the wrong SS# and paid my taxes using my SS#. They also waived the interest and penalties since they saw I paid, in good faith, before the tax deadline. Bottom-line, 1) I won't use this service again; 2) PERSEVERE with PAYUSATAX. Eventually you will get through, but it's a job. They are a horrible company. Never again!

      Value Payments Systems, LLC. is running under the name payUSAtax on the IRS Website. I used them to pay my taxes. They did not send in one of my payment's of $1200.00 for my 4/15/21 estimated taxes. I have called them every day for the last past week. They have never picked up the phone. A record music message says they are receiving a high volumne of calls. I am hold for over 2 hours everyday with music playing for the 1st hour then it goes silent. I have also contacted them by email and no one has ever emailed me back. I don't understand how IRS has them as a trusted payment processor when they are scamming people. This company needs to be shut down.

      Horrible!!! I made a payment through this vendor to the IRS December of 2021 and it has yet to be received by the IRS. I've called numerous times and can't get anyone on the line. I've been on hold at times for over 4 hrs and still nothing. Instead I get hung up on while on hold. Why is the IRS telling people to utilize this vendor when they clearly are only causing problems. And the IRS is no help. I contacted them and the only thing they had to say was contact the third party vendor. Now I have to get penalized for something that's not my fault. It's absolutely ridiculous and unfair. This company needs to be held accountable. I'm surprised a class action suit hasn't been placed against them yet. They're the prime example.

      Zero stars. I have called and called this company for the past few days. Long hold times and then hang up. I have only gotten thru one time days ago. Got a reference number that wasn't no good to irs. So now I'm back to trying to get info on payment made 6 months ago.

      I made a $900.00 payment to the IRS July 2021 with this company and my payment still is not posted. Why is the IRS having folks use a vendor who is clearly NOT paying our taxes thus putting us all in a mess?!!!!!!!! Where is the money going?
