    purchased washing mach. on 11/21/22, took over a week to get delivery. 1st use of mach. had water leak, took a week to get service. leak was supposed to be corected, it was not. took a week to get 2nd service call, part was needed, had to be ordered. this was on 1/5/23. it is now 1/24/23 and DT cannot tell us when new part will bve avail, nor when it will be installed. in addition the asst. Mgr in the Lebanon store has said he will call us on several occasions but we never get a call. At this point we want DT to come get the machine and give us our money back, they refuse to do so!!! We continue to use machine and clean up water each time.

    Purchased a kitchen table and chairs a few months ago. After a month or so I began to notice the chairs were wobbly. Come to my findings the chairs were falling apart. I reached out to the store- whom sent someone to the home to review the damages of a NEW product we paid an astronomical amount for. The gentleman was beyond hours late of his arrival time and very passive/rude. They offered to GLUE the chairs back together. They sent someone to our house ONCE as they have claimed multiple times which is a flat lie. I asked for a refund and for them to pick up the damaged products. They refuse any type of help except to GLUE the damaged product that clearly is defective. When we bought the table and chairs brand new it was not listed they would be damaged. The product was not a clearance item; so there is no reason to give us a defective item without a refund. Just the other night I went to sit down to eat and the chair completely collapsed. I am a 75 year old woman and my husband is older than me. The products are deemed UNSAFE and causing now harm to us. I am requesting the company refund my amount and send back to the manufacturer.
