      Poor Delivery and operation manager. Bought a refrigerator 2 year’s ago and a 5 year warranty. Freezer went out and had service guy to come out and he said had to go in the shop. They finally picked it up and I call 3 days later and they said evaporator was bad and had to order parts. Okay several days later they called and said it was ready for delivery to come back. I set it up for the next day and told them I wouldn’t be at home after 2. They said no problem. At 2:00 no delivery so I called and they said it would be delivered the next day that there was a miscommunication and I’d be the first delivery the next morning. At 11:00 they delivered and there was dents in every door and both drawers. The guys that delivered it told us that the boys that was suppose to deliver the previous day didn’t tie it down and it was thrown all over the truck. This was the only time I talked to the manager and he said they’d order new doors. Got the new doors and guess what wrong parts. I left several messages for him and nothing. Finally he called and I told him I should be compassionate for all that had gone wrong. He sent me a check for $140 for the cost of the warranty!!!! Nobody there can deliver messages. I’ve tried several times to get in touch with the owner but nothing. The new parts were ordered on the 17th and I got them on the 25th. Now service tells me that next Wednesday is the earliest they can come and put them in. This has been almost a month thing. I feel they should have replaced the refrigerator after it came back all dented up.

      Purchased a kitchen table and chairs a few months ago. After a month or so I began to notice the chairs were wobbly. Come to my findings the chairs were falling apart. I reached out to the store- whom sent someone to the home to review the damages of a NEW product we paid an astronomical amount for. The gentleman was beyond hours late of his arrival time and very passive/rude. They offered to GLUE the chairs back together. They sent someone to our house ONCE as they have claimed multiple times which is a flat lie. I asked for a refund and for them to pick up the damaged products. They refuse any type of help except to GLUE the damaged product that clearly is defective. When we bought the table and chairs brand new it was not listed they would be damaged. The product was not a clearance item; so there is no reason to give us a defective item without a refund. Just the other night I went to sit down to eat and the chair completely collapsed. I am a 75 year old woman and my husband is older than me. The products are deemed UNSAFE and causing now harm to us. I am requesting the company refund my amount and send back to the manufacturer.

      Please don’t purchase from this store. Do not expect straight forward or honest business. Save your money and yourself a headache…. Documented that they would slide my new oven in and haul away the old and they completely did not do it. All lies just to get us to purchase.

      Bought a brand new reclining sofa and love seat. Had problems with the delivery because somehow the delivery people had the wrong number for me, even though it was the correct number written on my invoice. Delivery informed me they had tried to call me multiple times and had even went to my address and "tagged" my door because no one was home. Someone had been home all day waiting for them, and no tag was left on my door. Told me they were going to have to reschedule but after telling them I had to have the sofa and love seat that day because I had already gotten rid of the old one, they ended up coming. While the delivery people were bringing the sofa and love seat inside, they completely broke my front door. Ripped paint off the door and completely bent the trim. My front door will not even close. Called them and told them and they were extremely rude to my husband and I. We were asked to send pictures of what they broke and they would call us right back. We never received a call back. The following day we called the DT Mccall store and explained to them what had happened and they gave us the delivery supervisor's number. He was extremely rude to my husband and kept cutting him off while he was trying to speak. Said someone would definitely be at our house before five o'clock to fix the door. We explained we had appts at five and had to have someone there before then so we would be home. We waited around until 4 pm and called back to ask when they were coming and we were informed no one was coming and wouldn't be able to until the end of next week! We explained the front door not closing was a safety issue and we had to have it fixed right away and were told there was nothing they could do right now. They have no regard for their customers and are extremely rude. We told them they would be getting a call from our landlord and could then take it up with her and we were told that was unnecessary. Needless to say, my front door is STILL not fixed.
