    Its one of the worst Management. I had a Fire incident and when I called 911 the Management lady asked me, I should have not reported the smoke coming out of the heater. She was ****** that the fire fighters had to forcefully enter connected apartments to find if others were in danger. It was snowing and the **** had to shut off the supplies due to fire. I was left out in the snow by the management with no help and rude replies when asked when would my window have a wooden block as the Fire fighters had to break the window (They concealed it during paint) to get the smoke out. I was made to wait 4 hours after the incident in the snow. Management did not worry about my stuff or safety of my apartment or even cared to open a unit to let me sit in maintained temperatures. I was left out with a twisted ankle and was asked to sign a 12 month lease if I wanted any help. Later my stuff was in the apartment for 15 days. She claimed to help by saying I will ask if we can let you store stuff for a while and than when I called she delivered the news I have to empty the stuff by EOM else it will thrown out.They removed the wooden block from the bedroom window and let it open in the name of letting it air out while my entire belongings were still present in the apartment. When reminded multiple times she just blamed the contractor working on it. While I am emptying the apartment out their workers just barged into the apartment. They kept asking when I am empyting When I asked for a **************************************** the apartment and I was using it to store my belongings but it wasnt protected infect their employees and contractor left it out to be stolen. Their automated system took a payment for another month, and I had to communicate multiple times to get it back same was the case with security deposit.They are ready to send you $50 fine emails for leaving trash bag out for 5 mins. They are not worried about Car break Ins or bike being stolen. .DO NOT EVER RENT

    Apartment complex is not professional and will charge you a big deposit ($1000)and find ways of not refunding any of your big deposits(they will tell you the place is not clean enough and etc.... Never fulfill promises.

    Thank you for contacting our office with regards to the review/comments by **************, a former tenant at one of the properties where we managed. 

    When ************** moved into the apartment, the owner had just painted the entire apartment to include painting of the kitchen cabinets, installed central air/central heat, and installed new mini blinds throughout the apartment. Upon moving out of the apartment and ************** turning in the keys on July 3rd, the apartment was inspected so that we could note any issues or return ****************** deposit. Of course it's *************** when we can simply return deposits to the tenant, unfortunately in this case we could not return ****************** deposit due to the extensive damages caused.

    The following deficiencies were noted in the apartment previously leased by **************:

    7 blinds were broken and had to be replaced

    Large holes were found in the living room, dining area and both bedrooms with the largest hole being found in the southern most bedroom. The holes appear to possibly be caused by someone hitting or kicking the walls with quite force to need an extensive amount of repair with new sheetrock and painting of those rooms affected.

    Ceramic tiles in the kitchen are in need of being replaced as over half of the tiles have spider cracks and could not be repaired. 

    Cleaning - The apartment was not left broom cleaned, the toilet was dirty, the bathtub needed to be scrubbed, caulk replaced, floors were sticky, personal items left in the cabinets that had to be removed, appliances not cleaned etc.

    In this case we could not return this tenants deposit, the wall damage, painting, replacement of the broken blinds and cleaning were more than ****************** deposit.
