Would give absolutely zero stars if possible. Shandron was absolutely great, sad shame you have to deal with what you deal with. But f*** your managers. The entire company. I was there last night and sent home bc yall wanted to leave work on time. When I drove 50 minutes to get here. Find the right car, yall dont know the price and want me to wait til today to work it. I get the approval, ******** gets it cleaned up and gassed up for me. I take an **** $35 across town during my work shift. To arrive and another POS salesmen took the backup key and management allowed him to let someone test drive it. So Im told if I put my deposit down first, I get the car. Then Im told theyre writing up my paperwork. All for him to come back and hand me my deposit because theyre letting the other guy sell it. When management knew last night I wanted this car and refused to let me deposit because theyre letting didnt know the price and wouldnt let me do any paperwork. So the managers wont come out of their back office to apologize or anything for wasting my f***ing time. This is now the 3rd BS buy here pay here *** dealt with in a week. Sadly Ill be sure to run people off from here. You have a good a** salesman working for you and youre a horrible management and owner.Review from MG A

I purchase the car December 2023 and I did not get the insurance upfront but when I did get full coverage! I had to argue every month that I had full coverage and get the insurance company to keep email them every month I got tired of them and I was a few days late and they got the car! It was actually a relief! I just hate that they can put repo. on credit! If you go here get your Insurance before you purchase a car! Another issue made me upset they put my down payment back on the full price of car! Buyers beware!Review from Resha S

I purchased a 2013 **** Expedition on Dec 24th, 2021. I had to return for repair on Jan 4th, 2022 and have not had it since. Its March 13th, 2022. No communication, No follow-**** Im doing all the leg work and dont have a vehicle. I want to cancel the contract and get ALL my money invested back. Down payment $1800. First payment $325. Collateral Insurance $55. Total of $2180. Had the car only a week and its going on 3 months they have had the car for "repair". The car is obviously a lemon.

We understand your frustration. We are just as frustrated as you are. We do not want it taking this long to fix our customer vehicles. Unfortunately, we do not keep parts on hand and are at the mercy of parts being in stock and delivered. With the current status of our economy, things are not as available as they have been in the past. We are working as fast as we can to get you back into your vehicle. If you haven't heard from us, it's because there isn't an update to give. If you would like to contact your account manager to speak more about this, you are welcome to do so. I will also advise you that there is no lemon law on used vehicles. They are bought as is, with no warranty- however, we provided you a service contract free of charge. This is a very unfortunate situation, but I can promise you, if we could get it done any faster, we would've done so already.
