On 2/22/2024 I watched a presentation on ShopLC for a memory foam 8" mattress. I ordered this item and it was received on 2/28/2024. Order #**BC5MSF05652424. Following instructions, the box was opened, mattress unrolled, vacuum pack wrapping removed. After 2 days, the mattress measured not 8" but 6" (a week later it's still only 6"). I contacted ShopLC via their chat and was advised that I would have to have the mattress packed up and shipped back to them for a refund. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this option as the expense of returning something I didn't order should not be mine. I was told that a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours....that never happened. I then sent them an email to ShopLC explaining this situation and the response I received was that 'this matter has already been addressed'.I did file a complaint with TrustPilot. ShopLC requested my order # via TrustPilot. This information was supplied (almost a week ago), and there's been no further communication to this date.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The way the response is written does not clearly state that they will incur cost of return shipping. I've done preliminary research as to the cost to ship a queen size mattress to TX and initial costs are in the $300. range. Does this make any kind of sense? I'm 75 years old and this will be a challenge. I will find a way to have this shipped back if I am assured all costs involved will be covered by ShopLC.

On 08-27-2023, I bought a ****** 950 Platinum Natural Diamond (G, VVS2) Ring (8 g) 1.00 cwt for $2,789.98. The ring didnt fit, so I sent it back via **** and on 12-14-2023, I got email confirmation from Shop LC ************* Team member ***********************, with Case Number ********, stating the ring was received, processed and sent to the resizing team on 12-6-2023. *********************** apologized for the inconvenience caused and requested an additional 6-7 days, as Shop LC required 15 days to process and resize the ring.After the promised timeline passed, I followed up per the timeline below:12-8-2023 at 8:00 a.m. E.T.: Emailed Shop LC ************* Team (No response). 1-3-2024 at 12:39 p.m. E.T.: Called Shop LC ************* Team at ************** and spoke with a female team member who didnt resolve my issue and misled me with false information. 1-3-2024 at 1:33 p.m. E.T.: Emailed Shop LC ************* Team and complained about the continued delays.1-3-2024 at 3:56 p.m. E.T.: Received phone call from a Shop LC supervisor based in ******, **. She promised to follow-up with her resizing team and get back to me. 1-4-2024 at 5:04 p.m. E.T.: Received phone call from Shop LC supervisor based in ******, **. She reported no resolution and could not provide a new timeline to expect the resized ring.1-13-2024 at 6:06 p.m. E.T.: Emailed Shop LC ************* Team and requested a full refund. 1-19-2024 at 8:56 p.m. E.T.: Called Shop LC ************* and queried status of refund.To date, no response or follow-up call received to confirm the refund. Checks with my credit card company indicated no refund has been posted from Shop LC.I paid in full for this ring and do not have it for use as intended. The loss of use resulted in unwanted cancellations of very special plans that required the ring, and this is the most disturbing part to me. I am deeply dissatisfied with Shop LC shopping experience and the terrible customer support and I need my money back.Business response

We order two pieces of very expensive jewelry for wedding gifts, and we were not home for delivery, and when calling the company several times to request a replacement order, as most companies do, they refused to do anything to replace or resolve the issue, however they continue to attempt to charge my card for the items although we never received them. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will be looking for the refund, that is well overdue at this point back to my account, and also ask that your system halts all payment attempts out of my account, for this order, as it is also an inconvenience, each time that this company extracts funds out of my account, I obtain NSF fees from my payors.. please stop attempting payment for items that I did not receive, and when mailing packages to customers, at the very least require a signature to avoid bad business relationships.

Complaint: 21220661the business as indicated stated that they were going to refund me the amount that I paid for the order they stated that clearly on the site and as a response to my initial complaint as of today February 18 I have not received any refunds from this company, and they are still attempting to recuperate money out of my account for items that I did not receive
Shop LC is not a reputable company and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone they care about their customers they make opened ended promises that they do not fulfill as they promised to refund my money within 2 to 3 business days on February 6. It has been 11 days and nothing has been returned to my account so I would definitely want to open up this complaint and not only am I going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I am going to spread this through every social media outlet that is known to man, thank you

On 1/18/24 I placed an order for a *************************** Contact Smokeless -Ready Grill (Fits Up To 4-6 Servings) Item number: ******* after seeing a live TV presentation for this item. Order number is 75BC5MSF05437645. After a week on 1/25/24, I contacted them to state that the tracking (*************************************************************************************) that they had provided me shows only a shipping label was printed & the actual package itself has not been given to the shipper ******* for shipment to me so my order was just sitting in a warehouse somewhere & I still had not received it after a week. I was told at this point that the item was a pre-order ********* would take 15 days before it would ship. I was very upset about this & asked the order to just be cancelled. There was NO MENTION at all during the live presentation or during checkout that this item was a pre order ************ would be a 15 day delay with shipment. If I had known that prior I would have never purchased this item. As of today 1/26/24 this order still has not been given to ***** for ************ want this order cancelled effective immediately & my money refunded! I ordered a ring on 1/6/24, through the auction website and have not received it. I paid the same day with my credit card.I ordered a ring and earrings on 1/8/24, through the auction website and have not received it.I paid the same day with my credit card. I have reached out to the company on several occasions and have been told multiple different stories.1 - delayed but the rest of the order shipped 2- they have not shipped it yer per online chat rep but would escalate it to the warehouse team 3. they have it ready to ship out but could take 3 days to get it out of the ware house then another 5-7 days to receive it per e-mail. plus email said I caused trouble and confusion 4. I called and spoke to a man through customer service and told him I saw the exact same ring being sold on the website he said a different supplier. I told him I just want the product I have already paid for. I asked for someone in charge so they transferred me to someone, but they didn't answer so I left a message to return my call, but no return call back.5. A representative today said it now is cancelled, but it doesn't show cancelled in my account and as of right now no refund. I asked to speak to the manager of customer service and was transferred no on answered so I left my information for a return call but still no return call back.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I was told to reorder the same item and they would match the price, but I would have to call in for the refund of the difference . I reordered the ring and as of right now have no idea if I will receive it because it is listed as a repick and the warehouse is still trying to locate that item. I chatted with a rep online was I said online it said standard shipping on their website said 5-7 days. I purchased a Rhapsody Certified And Appraised AAAA Tanzanite Ring E-F VS Diamond on October 1,, 2023. I verified with ***** from their customer service chat (which I snapped a pic of chat) that an appraisal would come with it before I made my purchase. It did not!! I called customer service on several occasions to have appraisal sent which they told me it was in mail. On November 20,2023 after still not receiving appraisal I was told I would have to mail ring back and they would verify it and send ring back with appraisal in approximately 28 business days. So I said no I already paid 2 of 3 payments on this ring I now just want to return it. They said no problem send it back and we will give you full refund of what you paid. I sent it out and they received it but then only gave me partial credit back. Not good customer service at all.Business response

Complaint taken over phone by H363137**3238313831H representative BA In August of 2023, consumer purchased a 14c ruby **** with diamonds. The total price was $710.62. When she called to order the **** she was told it was sold out. She was told to call the personal shopper who told her there was one left, so she ordered it. When she received it, it didn**;t look like the **** she ordered. The ruby didn**;t look as large as the one she saw on TV. She kept the **** anyway. Around late September, she saw the **** she received on TV and it was priced at around $400. She sent the business a letter in December about her disappointment with the **** she received. She also returned the **** and requested a full refund. The business responded by email and told her they had credited her MasterCard $526.47. When she called she was told she could send the **** back but there may be a restocking fee. When she disputed that and asked representative *** why she had to pay for their mistake, she was told that she should receive a full refund.Business response
