On March 24, 2025, I placed an order for two (2) DJI Mini 4 Pro Drones (Order #********). Both items were shipped together on March 25 via Amazon Logistics, with tracking number TBA320225296748.The last tracking update was on March 26 at 8:00 PM, stating "Package delayed in transit." Since then, there have been no further updates, and I have not received the items or a refund.I reached out to Woot regarding this issue but have not received a response, despite the site stating that someone would contact me within 24 ******** has now been 19 days with no progress or communication. At this point, it seems clear that the package was either lost or stolen. I am requesting a full refund of $1,398.00 from Woot. If I do not receive a resolution promptly, I will escalate the matter through my credit card company.Business Response

I purchased 2 Game Pass Ultimate 3 months from Woot, and when trying to redeem it says I'm in the wrong region!? I have reached out several times for them to make it right but keep getting a cut/paste reply! I'm not asking for a refund but to give me the right code for my region!Business Response

We purchased a stroller from Woot.com on March 30, 2025 and my daughter does not fit into it. It has not been used. We need to return it as it does not work for us. I placed an.order at Woot.com and used amazonpay to purchase it using my credit card. My credit card company asked if it was me doing the purchase and I said yes. Then the order was processed using Amazonpay and they charged my bank account card instead. I did not authorize this payment. I was not informed when I made the initial purchase that they would do that and take money directly out of my bank account when I purchased it with a credit card. ********* said there is nothing they can do and to contact the seller. Woot said I need to return the item before they will refund the money. I did not ask for the money to be refunded. I just wanted it put on the correct card in thw first place.Customer Answer

Woot is a subsidiary of ****** and as such we have no control over what account is accessed by Amazon Pay. After reviewing your order, a refund was issued back to the original payment method on 4/13/25.

Hello,November 26, 2024 I purchased two Xbox Game Pass 3-Month GiftCards from woot.Order ******** Cost: ***** for both. and I gave them as Christmas Gift to my friend's Son, ****.**** used the first Code, and enjoyed 3 months of Game Pass on his Xbox, and March 24th, he msg me that he could not redeem the second Code, He was getting an error that he was in the wrong region. They were purchased together, and electronically emailed to me. in Same email transaction. SO, 3/25 I reached out to Woot to report the problem, and they either owe me a working 3 month code, OR refund me half of what I paid for, for the two gift cards. a Day later they sent back a form email stating they don't give refunds for gift cards. but I have the screen shot that the code is invalid here in the ***, and we are not trying to cheat Woot, as I've been a very long term customer. they said for me to send them any screen shots, so I emailed them what **** sent me, on the xbox screen. they emailed me the same form email back, and now will no longer reply to further emails. I copy/pasted the screen images to them again on 3/27 but they refuse to reply. They have cheated and defauded me and my trust in them. They are not living up to their end of our contract. I purchased two gift cards in good faith, but one of them, they obtained is not legal or authorized to use in the ***, but they sold it to me anyway. They need to make this right. Either Replace the gift card for one that actually works in the *************, OR refund me for what they cheated me out ***** the way, I did purchase a new 3 month Game Pass Gift Card from Best Buy, and have already given it to ****, while I tried to sort this with Woot. **** should not have to suffer for their illegal business practice. I purchased 6 Game Pass gift cards from Woot.com back in 12.07.2024 I recently went to redeem some of them and get an error message saying that the region my xbox is in is incorrect. I have confirmed that my xbox is in the correct region (**) and that there is nothing wrong on my end.Also, 1 of the 6 giftcards did work, the others did not (just so happened to be the 1st one on the list), making me suspect even further that this was intentional.I've opened 2 disputes with Woot.com - they just say that they do not offer any refunds/returns/exchanges for giftcards and that I need to contact *********. On the ********* site, they say that any issues with giftcards need to be taken up with the gift card vendor.I've added a screenshot detailing the error message I'm receiving from ********* as well as my current region setting from my xbox account for reference.Business Response

I purchased a 3 month "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate [Digital Code]" from the ************* with an Xbox account listed in *****************. I tried to activate the code a couple months later, but when I tried to use the code I was told that that I would have to be in a different region (somewhere other than the **). I contacted support and they sent me an auto-response email that there can be no refunds after 30 days. I contacted support again saying I didn't want a refund I want a replacement. They sent another email saying there are no refunds after 30 days and to send them screenshots of the error message. The attached emails "Xbox code error.msg.eml; Xbox error code.msg.eml" are the two emails I sent with screenshots. Their response is "A message from Woot customer service.msg.eml" is attached.I don't want a refund I just want what I paid for. When I was purchasing this code there were no options to choose a region.Business Response

I bought an Apple Watch Series 7 on February 28, 2025. It came defective and I emailed Woot about it. They sent a replacement and it too is defective. I have emailed and called them. First their customer service phone number doesn't lead to actually talking to a person. It just leaves you on hold for forever. Second, their email system doesn't work either, it takes them DAYS to respond to a simple question. Now I have two watches that don't work. I would like a full refund of my purchase. Placed order through woot and package delivery was to be handled by ****************. ****** logistics has been having problems for 4-6 weeks and packages are being lost at an alarming rate. No difference here. Now 2 days past latest delivery date and no package. **************** doesn't exist they have a customer manage system in place that has me in a state of detriment. I can't consider it isolated because this has been happening to a significant portion of my Amazon logistics packages so far this year. Really amazlogistics has always been kinda sketchy but now it's just plain weird. There is some kind of problem with the local logistics center in *********, **. Inside theft ring or something. I couldn't believe it when the woot order faced the same fate. I don't understand it. Reaching out to any modern "customer management" department is only more stressful. Try once more and hope for the best. Thanks
