The problem is that I settled me debt with *** and showed proof to *** on everything. And for someone reason I have this debt collector contacting me saying I owe around $300. Claiming I had never canceled my service when I moved (I talked to *** and confirmed I did cancel it) but I have this debt collector contacting me to try and collect on a debt that I don't owe. When I asked for an itemized receipt. They couldn't even give me a receipt with my name. For receipts you enter your zip code and the info comes up. They won't give me a receipt, they won't show me what's actually owed, and they won't give me access to anything at all. They just expect me to call and pay it. These people are hard-core scammers. You can contact my email for video proof of them not giving me my receipt. (The attachment wont save on this cuz its too big) This has happened multiple times. Any zip code I put in where I've lived doesn't work. I am NOT responsible for this debt. And they refuse to give me any proof it is besides them telling me in an email what I owe. Even asked for itemized and no help at all. They just want to steal money. The police need to be called on this place as I'm pretty sure it's a federal offense what they're doing.

These are screenshots from as early as April 23. I reached out to Tmobile to explain that I have no access to my sprint account. They never sent me any emails with a link to pay. They gave me a number to call and that number was not even valid. They transitioned from sprint to *******, kept charging me for months, and blamed me for not paying. They never helped, never gave me a direct link to pay, always saying this is all we can do and that is sprint that handles when they know sprint doesnt exist anymore. Its unethical to charge customers like this when the mistake is on their end.

Screenshots from Tmobile as early as April 2023. Claiming they cannot help because this is Sprint issue. Sprint doesnt exist and they know this, instead they kept billing me monthly when I reached out so many times to fine out whats going on. They gave me a number to call which was not valid back then. No one ever sent me an email or gave me a call to help me with the situation. Just kept billing me and acting like no one could help. Very unethical.
