I am writing to file a formal complaint against Credence Resource Management, a debt collection agency, regarding account number *************.On March 11, 2024, I sent a dispute letter to Credence Resource Management requesting verification of a debt they claimed I owed. According to the Texas Finance Code, the debt collector is required to verify the debt within 30 days of receiving such a request. Despite this legal requirement, Credence Resource Management continued their collection activities without providing the necessary verification within the stipulated time frame.I dispute the validity of the debt in question as I do not believe I owe any creditor the amount they are claiming. Prior to discovering this alleged debt on my credit report, I had no knowledge of its existence. The actions of Credence Resource Management have caused undue stress and have negatively impacted my credit report.I believe that Credence Resource Management has violated my rights under the Texas Finance Code, and I demand that this invalidated account be removed from my credit report immediately. I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter promptly and ensure that such violations do not occur in the future.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Credence Resource Management is reporting to Equifax, ********************* that I owe them $735 for an account with the #**********. I dispute this debt, AGAIN. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, ********** vs ******* (mo) 281 SW 715 179. There is no proof of the alleged account, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists and is bona fide. Nevertheless, I am unable to find any bona fide documentation of any contractual relationship between the above ***************** legally listing you/your company as a person/company entitled to enforce/furnish a commercial claim/payment history against me. I do not consent to any computer-generated bills that the company above made on their own & will attempt to provide as "verification" or "validation" (no computer generated "E-****** bills). E-***** does not comply with FCRA 611 (a)(2) due to it failing to include all relevant information regarding the dispute. I have asked for: 1. Consumer Notice as required under USC ****** & USC ****** 2. Account Ledger and monthly statements 3. Forward Flow Agreement, pursuant to 15 USC 1681a 4. Purchase Agreement, pursuant to 15 USC 1602 (k) 5. The account date of last activity, and payment notation To date, I have NOT received all 5. The company named above has previously deleted, then reinserted this account on my credit reports in an attempt to manipulate the beginning date, aside of the fact there is no bona fide contract of any sort to have a beginning date. Also this is a frivolous attempt to restart the statute of limitations. I have kept excellent records of my legally requested demands not being provided to me. A collection account cannot have a payment history, past due or monthly payment (ND, no data) and this collection account, has all of them & more. The company named above is also in violation of 18 USC 894.

Credence Resource Management keeps calling me. When I say hello, the line is open for six seconds and then thy hang up. When I call them back, a recording says to Press 1 if I wish to make a payment. When I stay on the line, the phone is always answered by what is clearly a call center outsourced to *****. There is no information about what the debt is for
