      This company called to request a verification of address information for our daycare. Seemingly no big deal. Then proceeds to call back, email and request payment of $583.95 because we renewed a listing. Coercive and deceptive and misleading communications as if we are delinquent and payment is now due.. payment was made unknowingly by one of my employees. If a refund is not issued, I will be disputing the charge as fraudulent business activity.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.   I appreciate the business responding quickly and refunding our money.  I am still concerned about the Company's business model and suggest others pay close attention with interactions if contacted by this company.

      November 15th, I requested an enhanced background check, for $149.68. The message after purchase displayed is the court runner takes 1- 3 days to complete. I have been waiting two weeks and still no report. There is no contact information for White Pages to discuss. There is no email address either.I would like to get a refund.Thank you

      Secondly, we enlist only commercial data. We do not enlist information of residential individuals (name, address, date of birth, phone numbers, etc.).
      We empathize with the frustrations as expressed by the party affected, but we are not the company accountable as clearly mentioned above. Therefore we are unable to satisfy this individuals demands.

      We received a phone call to verify our business name, address and phone number for the Business White Pages. We received a disc and an invoice for $583.95. Someone from their organization named **** continuously emails and now calls to get this invoice paid, all we did was verify our information we never agreed to payment or a listing. This company sets you up into believing that they are just verifying your company contact information, but that is not the case, they take verification of this information as a sale and sends you an unsolicited disc and invoice. It is a scam, it is wrong and it is a poor business practice and harassments.

      This company called at the beginning of the year to verify our address and phone number, I thought nothing of it. Then I was sent a directory and let it sit there for months because I had no use for it. I then received an invoice for $583.95. When I tried to explain I never authorized this they said I had received the book and it was too late to return it. I never authorized them to send me a book in the first place. Every time they call I try to get them to void the invoice and take our names off the list but it has not happened.

      We received a phone call asking to verify our business name and address for the business white pages. They had an old address so we provided our updated address. They mailed ** a business directory and invoiced ** for $583.95 when nothing was ordered in the first place. I attempted to contact them via email to return the package to them.

      March 13, 2023 On 01\30\2023 we received a phone call to verify our business name, address and phone number for the Business White Pages. We were told that we would receive information with examples of the listing in the white pages and we could decide if we wanted to proceed. Then on 03\13\2023 we received an invoice for $583.95. Nothing else has been received. We are asking for hour name to be removed from your listings immediately. This is not the way Business should be performed.       Today I received two calls back to back from "Business White Pages." I think these are not legit, but are trying to scam off another service. The first phone call was from ***, who said it was a renewal of a $500 listing for two years and who "confirmed" our old address with our receptionist. She told him that was an old one before putting him on hold to talk with me. He "confirmed" our new address as soon as I picked up the phone. I gave him our website address, which he said he did not have. Then a lady called within one minute and quoted me $549. I said *** said it was $500. She said he was wrong. She was very aggressive about finding out whether she needed a po #, and I said no, we pay by check. She wanted my name and spelling. It really sounded like she was trying to hurry me into agreeing and hanging up. She said we will get one copy and if we need more, we can call to ask for more. I said how do I know you're legit, because when I type in your phone number it says you are a robocall/scam. She rudely said she'd have someone send us something in writing and then she hung up. There are a lot of complaints on BBB. We will not be paying for this service.

      We received a phone call to verify our business name, address and phone number for the Business White Pages. We were told that we would receive information with a disc of examples of the listing in the white pages and we could decide if we wanted to proceed. Some lady from their organization named Demi continuously calls to get this invoice paid, all we did was verify our information we never agreed to payment or a listing. Today, I told her that we are disputing this as we never said we agreed to this listing at which point she became very aggressive and said "I didn't sell you the listing you agreed to." I said, "I never agreed to this" and she said "We can pull the quality control phone call." I said, "Do that." She said, "Really? Really? You really want me to do that?" I said, "Yes." She said, "Well I can't do that but someone will call you back." This company sets you up into believing that they are just verifying your company information and that you will have a choice to continue, but that is not the case, they take verification of this information as a sale. It is a scam, it is wrong and it is a poor business practice.
