      i purchase a set of tires for ***** a have been paying all my payments by weekly they continue submitting early buy outs and the total amount continues to increase i still owed $2346.56 i have been paying for over some time and they continue to add this early buy out by the time i paid these off it would have cost me ***** for a set of tires these is unacceptable

      I received an electronically signed copy of a credit/finance agreement from this creditor. I contacted them and asked what it was for and they advised tires. I told them I never applied for any loan and that this was fraud. They refused to listen to anything that I had to say even though I asked them can they tell me where these tires were delivered to for over $2700! I have filed a dispute through the credit bureau and filed a police report with my county for identity theft. I would like for them to show proof of delivery of these said tires. The phone number where they verified so called information is a number from ******** and I haven't lived there in over 8 years. They refused to show a copy of the driver's license used to obtain this loan or check stubs to verify payroll. I would like this taken out of my name and I need my credit report corrected. If you pull my credit report you will see that I've not had a past due account in over 5 years. This theft is affecting my credit score, it went down by over 110 points and is still declining. Police report is from Howard County ******** ***************** and the report number is *********.

      I noticed I have been double charged weekly and tried to get ahold of customer service to resolve the issue. I am only supposed to be making one payment a week. It keeps saying they are closed when the customer service line on ****** says they are open. Several attempts have been made to contact them without any resolution.

      I went to Eyelab in ******* ** to get glasses in Dec 2022. Total cost should have been $368.60. When checking out I was told by sales associate that since I was on disability they could setup a payment plan. There was zero mention of lease to own. She said there was zero interest, just a small fee and a straight monthly payment of $77 over the next 5 months. Pressured me into signing quickly because the store was about to close for the day, etc. Typical predatory practices. To date I have paid roughly $543. My statement says I still owe $575. Over $1000 for glasses that arent even the right prescription! Eyelab told me because I used AFF and dont legally own them, I cant return them for the correct prescription. What the heck kind of businesses are these?!?Ive tried to turn off automatic payments but AFF wont let me unless I supply another bank account or debit card.As I said Im on a limited income, disabled and dont have an extra $77 a month or $1000 to lease a pair of useless glasses.Ive tried chatting with customer service online, waiting over 40 minutes and still got no one, tried calling and was basically told theres nothing I can do.I want to auto payments to stop. Ive more than paid for these useless glasses. I would like a refund of the difference between what Eyelab charged $368.60 and the amount AFF has withdrawn with autopay to date as well as no further autopay drafts from my account.AFF account *********** want AFF to stop predatory lending, scamming people and having their sales lackeys quit pressuring and lying to customers. Its extremely unethical.

      I have a paid off account as off April 25th. I have called 4l3 times trying to figure out why my account is not showing properly on my credit report. I spoke to some one again may 10th and the 29 and on the 29th l was told it would be fixed in 6 days. Today l get a letter from that same date stating something different. They were not even professional enough to call me

      I am being extorted by this company, I'm being charged $80.78 weekly which started on 14th of April 2023 and my balance right now only shows that it is only $22 being deducted from my balances And I've tried reaching them, everytime i call their automated voices says i don't have an account with them I'm going to attach screenshots of how much my intial balance was(April 14,2023) and how much it is now(june 2,2023), how much i been paying, and also what the transaction history on their website shows I would love if i they would contact me and resolve this asap or I'm really going to stop paying

      On April 24, 2023, my identity was stolen. I was made aware of this on April 26, 2023, when four brand new tires was delivered to my resident. I called Tire Agent o on April 26, to inform them I did not order any tires. They transferer me to American First Finance on the same day. I told them I did not order tires or open an account with them. The lady that I spoken to name is ***. She said someone has stolen my identity. Every since then my life has been upside down. I have called American First Finance on 4/27, 4/28, 4/29, and around 5/8 or 5/9. Each time that I have called, I have requested to speak to someone in the fraud department, and each time I have been told that American First Finance do not transferer calls to the fraud department. I even asked could someone call me back. To this date on 6/2/2023, no one has called me. On 4/27/2022, I went to the police department to file a report. I will have access to the police report in 10 days. American First Finance sent an electronic document to be signed to the perpetrator pretending to be me. I have Never received any electronic document to my email to be signed. I have filed an identity theft and fraud report on 5/1/2023 and on 5/2/2023. The only thing American First Finance insisted for me to do is fill out an identity theft affidavit so they could do an investigation. However, I did not do so because they are not an A+ Trusted, I do not wish to send them any of my personal information. The resolution I am wanting: the account to be closed permanently, my name to be cleared, accountability, and an apology from the company, charges to be file against the perpetrator that stolen my identity. The amount of the account of opened for was $800. They paid $610 for the tires. The account number is: ********************************************* PO.       I am not liable for the debt with AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE. I do not have a contract with AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE.You guys need to handle this issue. This has been going on for a long time now that I have seen my information. That's messing my Character & name up as a person.They are in violation & told me 30 days when I had fraud. A identity theft with police report I had attatched as well, they are in major violation.

      They refuse to fix the account, I was not even in the room when this contract was signed under my name. The merchandise that I was given is not what I ordered and I do not want them as they are not even worth half of what I paid, they are broken and not working and have been broken since day 1. I will not accept any resolution except for to be given a 100% refund and removal of this on my credit report.
